I think facilitation should take a pause until everyone gets access the same to the facilitation group meeting. This can be solved by dedicating process meetings where everyone decides/suggests what they want from the process, not some people who've been here the longestbut don't understand facilitation either.

This is an incredible and incredibly important list of questions you
all have laid out here. It's upsetting to hear that such a sign was
repeatedly referred to as a joke, and it's disconcerting that your
email is the only mention I've heard of this incident. All of the
questions you've asked here are extremely pressing. In particular,
Jodi's question about " those who behave in a racist, sexist,
homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise oppressive manner while
still appearing to behave  'acceptably' and communicate with an
'acceptable tone,' " perfectly articulates what I've been wondering
about every time someone suggests that spokes council would be working
just fine if it wasn't for a few "disruptors."

I left town yesterday and am sorry I wasn't able to be there last
night. Please do give us an update on what happened. And thank you,
thank you for raising these issues.
