» | BACKGROUND: hyemi was born in juju to a pair of artists. she grew up speaking both korean and french, due to her father, who had lived in france for most of his life, despite being born in korea. from a young age, hyemi was pushed into the direction of the arts, because both her parents wanted her to follow in their footsteps and become either a painter or a sculptor. however, hyemi was more interested in performing arts, and took an interest in dancing. both her parents were slightly disappointed that she didn't want to be a painter or sculptor, but they were still supportive of her.

» | HOW HE ACTS AROUND HER: he's kind of awkward around her at first, because he's not very experienced when it comes to girls. at first, he mostly just lets her do all the talking, because she can talk enough for the both of them. however, he gradually begins to start to open up a bit more, and starts talking to her. basically, he's not terrified of her talkativeness and her inability to shut her mouth anymore

» | HOW SHE ACTS AROUND HIM: she is her normal self around him, and she's the more outgoing out of the pair of the two (which she loves, because it makes her look more mature than him, even though she's younger). she never seems to stop talking around him, because she knows he doesn't really know how to talk to her at first, so she tries to make him feel comfortable, making sure their conversations don't fall into awkward silences. however, when they get a lot closer, she doesn't feel the need to talk as much, because the silences are comfortable, and she can almost tell what he's thinking, and vice versa.
