If I was a president, I’d look for no reason to partake in another country’s war or affairs. However if it calls for it, Such as an attack on the innocent and defenseless I would mobilize troops as a peacekeeping force. I would try to avoid war with any given country however I would be willing to hold up freedom and democracy.

Propaganda is used to discourage a certain action or siding with the enemy, Historically from world war 2, There was a book written called the poisonous mushroom this was to dehumanize the jewish people and other targeted groups such as gypsies.

My subject of propaganda would be based the privacy issues with the NSA holding onto a large quantity of personal information mined for “Security purposes” And possibly the Fisa court. I’d say the best medium to entice someone into the propaganda would be a video that is less than 7 minutes to meet the average retention time.

We see wartime propaganda in the news, Twitter, Comedians, And even politicians, They begin to demonize and sensationalize the deaths with isis.  It’s more subliminal messages, Some people aren’t aware but being surrounded with an idea causes an the belief to get stronger slightly over time.

If I were to create an anti-war film I’d most likely go with the second world war. Comparing it to something saw at the times as barbaric that happened recently enough in history. We are taught by our peers and fellow patrons, Repetition saying the same thing over again can increase the chance of believing in that belief.  We reinforce these beliefs such as mexican’s stealing jobs. By hearing the same thing over and over again whether it’s subconcious or concious it does have an affect on how we process that.

It depends upon the purpose of the hunger strike, But if the cause is greater than myself I would go on a hunger strike. If you hold true to your cause and are firm in your beliefs, It’d be a risk on your life and health depending upon the length of said strike. Dying however would create a cycle of guilt perpetuated by both sides.

I know the great depression was caused by a massive amount of debt brought on by americans taking money out of the bank and selling stocks low. This selling of low stocks didn’t cause inflation but it caused deflation and a new value for the american dollar which was way higher than the past.

I feel as if with the current environmental situation that it is very likely that we could see more consolidated disasters happening more frequently.  Global Warming also has a point of no return, This point is when permafrost begins to melt causing fungi and microorganisms to decay, this decay releases large amounts of methane, which is a more potent greenhouse gas. The dust bowl has been extremely likely to reappear in multiple places around the world.

The world would be different in the manor, We might not have some of the alliances we have forged over the war. The common enemy of hitler and the opposing forces is what truly united the allies causing bonds to further be built upon. If world war two didn’t happen more likely than not we would see the depression lasting longer along with possibly an even greater cold war.

I would go to visit the camps, I think it’d be an eye opening experience for most. My reasoning for thinking this is due to the fact there are some holocaust deniers. The education and preservation of this area should be managed with extreme care of the years to ensure this does not ever happen again to any amount of people or type of people.
