Tell me about yourself:
I am a 24 year old female, I am Friendly and caring very laid back and chill. Going to college to study software development, I have always had an interest in computers and computer related things. In my free time I like to watch movies, play Minecraft (obviously) and other video games, I also enjoy spending time with my siblings and just hanging out.


Experience:
I have had one job in customer service, but other than that I have been with the network for about 2 years, I have learned a lot of things from my Managers, I have been a Head admin for almost a year and have worked very hard for our server. I have a lot of experience with people in general and helping people who need it, and I know a lot about the server and how it works.


Why do you want to be a manager:
I think it would be a really good opportunity for me to learn how to handle people better and get to know more about the network and servers. I feel like I am a major people person and can lead people very well. When Things need to get done They get done.


Why should we pick you, over the others:
I think I have a lot of experience with how people work and how the server works, I have been helping out with Heart Gold as a head admin for almost a year, and feel I have what it takes to lead people and do a good job at it.


How much do you know about the network:
I know a lot about the network and how things work, I know how most plugins work and am willing to keep learning about them, and about the Network.


What's your management style:
I am very friendly and caring, but I dont let people walk on me, If things don't get done I get a little pushy, I also believe to gain respect you have to Respect others.

What are three things your former manager would like you to improve on:
my confident, maybe attitude sometimes and emotions


What do you think we could do better or differently as a network:
I think our network is pretty good, we have respectable staff and players. To be honest there isn't much I would change except maybe wishing our 1.10 servers were a bit more stable but that is something we are already working on.


*How would you fire someone:
This is very situational, If they where having in real life issues I would pull them aside and talk to them, tell them they haven't been doing their job to their potential and see whats up with them, and tell them that as of right now I feel they should be let go but give them the opportunity to come back when things for them settle down and they have more free time. If the person was abusing their powers or anything like that I would tell them I don't agree with how they are doing their job and abusing their powers and we cant have someone like that on the staff team.


*What are your staff member pet peeves:
Laziness is a big one! when I want something done I want it done, Disrespect is another one, all our staff work hard and that is why they are staff, disrespecting another staff member is just not acceptable in anyway.
