Anna: Then, what happened with his brother is still...

聞いた後、調べたいことがあるって言って、
コックピットに入っていったからな」

Eiji: Rei, answer me. The last attack back then consumed energy at an abnormal rate. Why?

Fumitan: The Isaribi is considered a transport ship bringing special cargo to [Arbrau].

Roanne: She’s right. It’s not like we’ve made it to Earth already.

H-neun: I pity the space-traffic officer that showed us in.

「周囲の争乱から耳を塞ぎ、中立平和を謳った代償だ。
そんなもの、どこにもないのに」
X-eins: It’s their just reward for acting as if peaceful neutrality is worth shutting their eyes and ears to the conflict around them. Such a way of life is impossible.

A-drei: Refrain from unnecessary chatter too much. We’re on a mission.

H-neun: Aight, but are you sure we’re on the right track here?

L-elf: The sprinklers.

H-neun: Hm? What about ‘em?

L-elf: I confirmed it before we went inside.

スプリンクラーが、この建造物手前だけ

L-elf: The sprinklers were 13 meters apart on our way here, but they were 12.5 meters apart closest to this building.

「窓から見える教室の座席数は40、生徒数は480名。
しかし、建造物は一般的な積層工法で建てられている。
荷重の問題から、余剰の施設人員が入る余地はない」
L-elf: Through a classroom window I saw 40 seats, indicating 480 students. However, this building was constructed with the typical lamination layer method. Considering the maximum weight such a structure can endure, it cannot house any extra personnel.

「導き出される結論は…建造物の地下」
L-elf: Therefore we can conclude...it is underneath this building.

「さすがだな。
では、ここのエレベーターから…」
A-drei: Amazing as always. Now, if we just take this elevator...

さっきの対決…本気で勝とうって
思ってなかったでしょ?」
Shoko: Haruto, you really have no drive. Our competition earlier... You weren’t really trying to win, were you?

Haruto: That’s not it...

Haruto: It’s just that I thought it’d be fine if we all used half the grounds instead.

「もう! なんなのよ、あの人!
ハムエッグは白身から食べる方だから!
そもそもハムエッグの主役はハムでしょ!」
Shoko: Geez! What the heck’s with that guy!? Well I’m sorry, but I like the white in my ham and eggs! Besides, the meat’s the most important part anyways!

Haruto: Y-Yeah... The ham’s important.

ショーコ
「ハルトはいいこと言ったのに!
間違ってないのに!」
Shoko: See, you said the same thing! There’s nothing wrong with that!

「ありがとう、ショーコ。
僕の代わりに怒ってくれて」
Haruto: Thanks, Shoko. For getting mad on my behalf.

Shoko: W-Well...we’re friends after all. And you’d never get mad yourself...

オペレーション・バージンロードを開始する」
Cain: Heh... Send word to our countrymen. Operation Virgin Road is commencing.

(Scene begins on the map screen of Sakimori Academy. Shoko and Haruto are talking at a shrine near the school.)

「…ここでハルトもお願いするの?」
Shoko: ...Did you want to make a wish here too, Haruto?

ハルト
「え?」
Haruto: Huh?

ショーコ
「ここで告白すると、絶対両想いになれるらしいよ。
伝説の祠なんだって」
Shoko: They say if you confess here, your feelings will be requited. It’s supposed to be a legendary shrine.

ショーコ
「ふふっ、できて3年の学校に伝説はないよね」
Shoko: Hehe, which is funny considering the school’s only been here for 3 years.

ハルト
「…ショーコ」
Haruto: ...Shoko.

ショーコ
「え?」
Shoko: Huh?

ハルト
「………」
Haruto: ...

ショーコ
「ああっ、待って待って!」
Shoko: AAAAH—Wait, wait!

ハルト
「えっ、なになに!?」
Haruto: Wh-What!?

ショーコ
「ちょっと待ってよ…!」
Shoko: Just give me a second...!

ショーコ

Shoko: ...

ショーコ
「ど…どうぞ」
Shoko: Go...go on.

ハルト
「う、うん…」
Haruto: R-right...

(An explosion happens and Dorssia machines appear on the map.

「何、あれ…?」
Shoko: What are those...?

(The entire map screen is bombed 3 times in a row.)

「なっ、なんだ!? 何が起きてるんだ!?」
Kyuma: Wh-What the...!? What the hell’s going on!?

「先輩っ!!」
Haruto: Kyuma!!

キューマ
「ハルト! それに、ショーコも無事だったか!」
Kyuma: Haruto! And Shoko’s safe too!

(The entire map is bombed again.)

アイナ
「キャーッ!!」
Aina: Kyuma!!

サキ
「何これ、戦争なの…!?」
Saki: What’s going on!? A battle...!?

ショーコ
「戦争って、ジオールは中立でしょ!?
どうして、いきなり!」
Shoko: A battle!? But JIOR is neutral territory! Why is this happening!?

キューマ
「わからん!
だが、まずは避難だ!
みんな、走れ!」
Kyuma: Hell if I know! But we need to evacuate first! Everyone, run!

ハルト
「は、はいっ!」
Haruto: R-Right!

「モジュール内で戦闘だと!?
どうなってやがる!?」
Orga: They’re fighting in the Module!? Why the hell are they doing that!?

フミタン
「侵入した機体はバッフェ…
ドルシアの軍用兵器です」
Fumitan: The invading machines are Waffes... Dorssia’s military weapons.

シノ
「ドルシアだぁ!?
ここは中立地帯なんだろ!
なんでそんな連中が!?」
Shino: Dorssia!? I thought this was a neutral zone! What the hell are they doing here!?

ユージン
「それより、ここの軍隊は何やってんだ!?」
Eugene: More importantly, what’s the army here doing about it!?

シノ
「見りゃあわかるだろ!
ドルシアにやられちまってんだよ!」
Shino: I know what it is! Dorssia must be after us!

オルガ
「イサリビはただちに出港だ!」
Orga: Get the Isaribi out of here right now!

フミタン
「それには時間がかかります。
しかも、モジュールの外にもドルシア機がいます。
挟み撃ちにされますよ?」
Fumitan: That requires time. Furthermore, there are Dorssia machines outside the Module. Would we not simply be caught in a pincer?

オルガ
「なら、モジュールの中にいる連中から片付ける!
ミカたちを出せ!」
Orga: Then we’ll just clear out those punks inside the Module! Send Mika and the others out there!

フミタン
「中立地帯で戦闘をするのですか…!?」
Fumitan: You intend to fight in a neutral zone...!?

オルガ
「先に撃ってきやがったのは、ドルシアだ!
ここまで来て、終わってたまるか!」
Orga: It was Dorssia who fired first! No matter what, I won’t let it end here!


(Scene changes to the map screen of Sakimori Academy. Mikazuki, Chirico, and other Tekkadan mechs are deployed against the Dorssian Waffes.)

(地球の情勢は、思っていた以上に
混乱しているようだな)
Chirico: (It looks like Earth’s circumstances are more dire than I expected.)

オルガ
「ミカ、残りの連中はイサリビの守りにつかせる!
そっちは頼んだぞ!」
Orga: Mika, we’re hanging back to guard the Isaribi! You handle things here!

「わかった」
Mikazuki: Okay.

ドルシア兵
「人型…!
あんな機体がいるという話は聞いていない。
どこの所属だ?」
Dorssia Soldier: Humanoid models...! I’ve never heard of machines like those. Who are they with?

ドルシア兵
「各機! 若造どもが仕事を終えるまで
奴らには手を出すな!」
Dorssia Soldier: All units! Don’t touch them until the kids finish their job!

(Battle 1 begins. The Dorssia machines don’t move for the first turn.)

(After one turn, this exchange triggers. L-elf and his team are underground.)

アードライ
「地下施設の研究員たちは全て処分した」
A-drei: We’ve disposed of all the underground researchers.

エルエルフ
「ああ、後はこの機体を接収すれば…」
L-elf: Yes, now we just need to seize the machine and...

ハーノイン
「なんだ?」
H-neun: What’s happening?

イクスアイン
「リフトが動いたようだ。
誰かが事切れる前に作動させたか…!」
X-eins: I think the lift is moving. Someone must have activated it before they were dead...!

クーフィア
「ああ~、外に行っちゃうよ」
Q-vier: Uh-oh, it’s going outside now.

エルエルフ
「くっ…!」
L-elf: Tch...!

(Haruto and the others are outside the school.)

キューマ
「走れ! 立ち止まったら、死ぬぞ!!」
Kyuma: Run! We’re gonna die if we stop!!

ハルト
「な何、あれ…!?」
Haruto: Wh-what is...!?

キューマ
「ロボット…!?」
Kyuma: A robot...!?

サキ
「眺めてる場合じゃない! 避難が先でしょ!」
Saki: Don’t just stop and stare! We’ve got to get to shelter!

(Shoko moves away from the group.)

「ショーコさん!?」
Aina: Shoko!?

ハルト
「ど、どこに行くんだ!?」
Haruto: Wh-Where are you going!?

ショーコ
「あそこの車、中に人がいる!
助けなきゃ!」
Shoko: There’s someone stuck inside that car! I have to save them!

(The entire map is bombed again.)

ハルト
「ダメだ、ショーコ! 戻って!!」
Haruto: Don’t Shoko! Come back!!

「大丈夫、先に…」
Shoko: I’ll be fine! Go on ahead—

(The area Shoko is at is bombed.)

Aina: N-no!!

かくれんぼなんて、
やってる場合じゃないだろ…!」

Kyuma: Haruto, that’s dangerous! Do you even know what you’re doing getting inside that thing!?

Haruto: They’ll pay... They’ll pay...!

Haruto: I’ll make them pay...!!

「隊長、特一級戦略目標です!」
Dorssia Soldier 2: Captain! Primary target spotted!

「失敗したのか、若造どもめ!」
Dorssia Soldier: So the kids failed!

「パイロットだけを引きずり出します!」
Dorssia Soldier 2: I’ll drag the pilot out, sir!

(The Dorssian soldier moves to Haruto.)

「動け、動けよ! ロボットなんだろ!?
ショウコの仇なんだ! 頼むよ!」
Haruto: Move, move! You’re a robot, aren’t you!? I owe this to Shoko! Please!

(The Dorssian soldier attacks.)

ハルト
「うわああっ!!」
Haruto: Ugggh!!

「ハルト!!」
Kyuma: Haruto!

ハルト
「な、なんだよ、この表示…
『ニンゲンヤメマスカ』…!?」
Haruto: What’s this display...? “Do you resign as a human being?” ...!?

「負ける…これで終わりなのか…!?
仇も取れずに死ぬ…!?
嘘だろ…!」
Haruto: I’m going to lose... Is this it...!? I’m gonna die without avenging her...!? No way...!

ハルト
「人間をやめる…
何を意味するか、わからないけど…」
Haruto: To stop being human... I don’t know what that means, but...

「譲れない…だから、僕は!!」
Haruto: I won’t give up... So I’ll do it!!

(The screen flashes red as Valvrave I activates.)

ハルト
「がっ…!
うわああああっ!!」
Haruto: Gah...! Uwoooooh!!

「こ、こいつ!?」
Dorssia Soldier 2: H-He’s—!?

ハルト
「………」
Haruto: ...

(Haruto uses Beam Rifle against the Dorssian soldier. A battle animation begins.)

ハルト
「ショーコの…仇を討つ!」
Haruto: I...will avenge Shoko!

ドルシア兵
「うわあああっ!!」
Dorssia Soldier 2: UWAAAAH!!

(The battle animation ends. The Dorssia soldier is destroyed.)

ドルシア兵
「なっ! なんなのだ、あの光は!?」
Dorssia Soldier: Wha—! What is that light!?

「バッフェを落としたか。
モビルスーツではないようだが…
ここの駐留軍の機体か?」
Chirico: The Waffe was defeated. It doesn’t look like a Mobile Suit... Is it part of the armed forces stationed here?

こっちに向かってきたら、潰すけど」
Mikazuki: Dunno. But I’ll smash it if it comes towards us.

オルガ
「待て、ミカ。奴の様子を見ろ」
Orga: Hold on, Mika. Just see what he does for now.

「あいつ、なんか胡散臭いんだけど」
Mikazuki: It’s kind of suspicious looking though.

オルガ
「敵の敵は味方ってこともある。
奴が仕掛けてこない限り、手ェ出すなよ」
Orga: Sometimes the enemy of the enemy is our friend. So unless he tries something, don’t mess with him.

Mikazuki: Alright.

Cain: Return with A-drei. There is an unidentified vessel exiting the docks that we will seize.

X-eins: Seize, sure?

「ああ、興味深い機動兵器を持っているからな」
Cain: Yes, it’s mobile weapons are of great interest.

Q-vier: Maaan, I really gotta wonder where L-elf ran off to.

(X-eins receives a communication.)

その後、逃走しました!」
Dorssia Soldier: Sir, L-elf appeared and captured both the primary target and it’s pilot! He then made his escape with them!

Saki: Your wounds have all been healed...

(刺された上に撃たれたのに…どうして?)
Haruto: (But I was stabbed and shot... So how?)

Haruto: Wait, Rukino. It’s dangerous for you to be here...!

ドルシアの追っ手がいるんだから。
犬塚先輩とアイナが逃げる時間を稼がないとね」
Saki: And outside is any better? There’s Dorssia pursuers out there. Besides, we need to buy time so Inuzuka and Aina can escape.

Haruto: B-But...!

「独りじゃ、できないことがあるでしょ。

Saki: And there are some things you just can’t do by yourself. Here, give me your hands. I’ll tie you up with this rope.

「元に戻ったら、その身体の持ち主が暴れるでしょ」
Saki: Once you’re back in your body, the owner of this one could try something dangerous.

少なくとも、映画ではだいたいそう」
Saki: Just repeat the steps that caused you to switch in the first place. I mean, that’s how it would work in a movie.

Haruto: A transmission!?

A-drei: Why did you shoot me!?

L-elf: They must have wanted to use universal sans-serif font for all text. From this alone, it’s clear that the cockpit’s designers were morbidly methodical.

L-elf: But look at the heat capacity indicator. It jumped from 100 to 666.

Akihiro: Like the red guy? It looked like it stabbed itself in the stomach after it started glowing gold...

蒼い流星になったレイズナーにも驚いたけどよ、
あいつもわけわかんねぇよな」
Shino: I was surprised when Dido turned into a titan and when Layzner was glowing blue, but that’s just plain weird.

Eiji: Is that...really a weapon from Earth?

Meg: Whatever it was, it did help us out...

Fumitan: ...We’ve received an encrypted communication from someone claiming to be a representative of ARUS.

Orga: From ARUS...? What does it say?

フミタン
「補給物資を提供するので、
モジュール77に入港せよ、と」
Fumitan: It says that they will offer supplies and provisions once we re-enter Module 77.

オルガ
「なんだと…!?」
Orga: You’re kidding...!?

フミタン
「それと、私たちの代表者…つまり、団長と
お嬢様に指定の場所へ来てほしいと言っています」
Fumitan: And they want our representatives—our leader and my lady specifically—to come to a designated point and speak to them.

「俺はともかく、なんでクーデリアまで…?」
Orga: Me I understand, but why Kudelia...?

「意図はわかりません」
Fumitan: I wouldn’t know.

Orga: I’ll take Akihiro and Dido as escorts to the designated point.

「キリコはミカたちと艦内で待機。
いつでも出られるようにしておいてくれ」
Orga: I want Chirico, Mika, and the others on standby in the ship. Be ready to move in case this goes south.

「ああ」
Chirico: Right.

「だったら、ディドも残した方がいいんじゃねぇのか?」
Shino: If it does, wouldn’t it be better for Dido to stay behind too?

「いや。何かあったら、あいつに変身してもらう。
言っちまえば、持ち運びできるモビルスーツ

Orga: No. If something does happen, I’ll have him transform. He’s basically a Mobile Suit you can carry around with you, after all.

ディドは敵になったら、恐ろしい存在になるわ」
Meg: He’s totally right... A mobile weapon that sneaks in as a human, then transforms into a titan... Dido would be terrifying as an enemy.

Haruto: It’s fine... It can’t be helped.

出て行ったみたいですね」
Haruto: It seems like the Dorssian army has left Module 77.

「さっき、ARUSの大使代理から連絡があってな。
彼らの艦隊がこっちへ向かってるらしい」
Kyuma: A short while ago, we got a call from an ARUS representative. Apparently their fleet is on its way here.

「ここにいたドルシア軍は、
それを知って引きあげたのかもな」
Kyuma: It could be that the Dorssian army found out about it, and that’s why they pulled out.

ハルト
「あの…モジュール77の他の人たちは?
偵察中、街で人影を見かけなかったんですけど」
Haruto: Um... What about the other people in Module 77? I didn’t see anyone in town while I was out scouting.

キューマ
「ドルシア軍が一緒に連れて行ったみたいだ。
もしかしたら、モジュール77に残っているのは
俺たちだけなのかもしれない」
Kyuma: It looks like the Dorssian army took the other citizens with them. We might be the only ones left in Module 77.

「そんな…」
Haruto: No way...

キューマ
「だけど、学校のみんなはお前に感謝してるよ。
ほら、校舎を見ろ」
Kyuma: But, everyone at school is really grateful to you. Just take a look at the school building.

Haruto: Why are they all...?

「私が拡散したの。

Saki: I spread the news. That Haruto Tokishima saved the entire school.

Kyuma: A guy called Rainbow uploaded a video of your fight. Thanks to him...you’re pretty much a celebrity now.
