1. Prompt i made for this story{ Reminds me of a somewhat autistic idea I had for a story/green text about a young sci-fi anon who fakes his death so he can retire to a distant undiscovered universe where he wont be bothered.
Anon crash lands near the castle of the two sisters and is discovered by two wary/lonesome fillies. He ends up becoming somewhat of a guide/babysitter/object of affection(no not foalcon) for these two fillies. Slight rgre themes, silly filly, maybe romance, and tragedy.
}

3.
4. alright this is prolly gonna be bad being that i cant write for shit and I dont really know good science, but im gonna attempt it since its somethin thats been floating in my head for a while so here it goes.
5.
6. !!!!INTRO!!!!
7.
8. >You are Anon and currently you are dead
9. >You perished while surfing through the void between worlds
10. >You died a truly heroic death and your service to all living things in all realitys will be remembered by all
11. >or at least thats what it says on your file
12. >It took quite some time to get your death approved by the higher ups at the little dumb otherworldly organization you were employed at
13. >They were very wary about your request for death approval
14. >They claimed it was because you were younger than most who usually requested an official death
15. >Most agents who would ask for an official death at your age would be laughed at or even reprimanded
16. >However most agents haven't saved the cosmos as many times as you have
17. >You were almost certain they didnt want you to die because of how much of an asset you were to your organization
18. >However thanks to a tiny loophole in the code of ethics that the company you work for runs by, employees who save all of existence at least 3 times have a right to an early "afterlife"
19. >Thank goodness for this loophole to, if you had to patrol for tears in the void one more time you were gonna approve your own death
20. >None of this is important however
21. >Whats important is that you finally got to "die" and you need to decide which world among the countless worlds you wanna spend the rest of your "afterlife" at
22.
23. >You have had many long conversations with many different co-workers before they "died" about what your and their plans were for the afterlife
24. >Some of your former co-workers showed interest in going to a world that they can be treated like a god
25. >others talked of going to worlds were they could find a partner and raise a family
26. >An old perverted friend of yours had even talked about going to a world he had discovered that was filled amorous humanoid females
27. >You had both laughed at this as if he had been joking
28. >However knowing that lech he might have not been joking
29. >Despite the possibility's being literally endless you had settled on a more simple idea for your ideal world
30. >Many of your fellow agents were surprised when you, the man who had risked his life and saved all of existence from extinction at least 3 times, shared your ideas for an ideal afterlife
31. >You had just wanted to find something simple and quiet
32. >you didnt want any sort of world you would have to manage
33. >you didnt need any sort cult worshiping you
34. >you had no desire for for a harem so full of women that you wouldnt have the time to experience all of them in your "after"life time.
35. >no you just wanted to be able to sit back and enjoy your retirement
36. >When you just barely prevent the extermination of all universes everywhere as much as you have, you start to feel like your life doesnt need anymore excitement
37. >Your not some sort of super hero, your just a regular, very much a mortal, human bean
38. >You just need something where the biggest concern in your life will be deciding what to have for breakfast
39.
40. >With all this being said you are currently searching for such a world that meets your incredibly high, yet low standards
41. >Thanks to the little watch like gizmo on your wrist that was a retirement present from the organization you can scan the worlds that you surf by and read key characteristics of said worlds
42. >It is also handy as it acts as a sort of guide to your preferred world
43. >You can sort out worlds that have high threat levels from those with minuscule threat levels
44. >The more minuscule the better
45. >You also were looking for something with a few sentient races
46. >just because you wanted to be alone doesnt mean you wanted to be alone.
47. >Your final preference was an earth like environment
48. >Having to learn new plants, liquids, and creatures was a huge pain in the ass and you would much rather avoid that
49. >With your ideal world in mind you press on into the darkness of the void with optimism in hand!
50.
51.
52. !!!INTRO END!!!
53.
54.
55. >You have been surfing in the void for what feels like hours
56. >Your little watch scanner leading you in the same direction that it has been for the last couple of hours
57. "I swear if this thing is broken im not gonna be happy."
58. >You tap the watch a couple of times trying to see if its broken
59. >Suddenly your watch beeps loudly causing you to unexpectedly swerve a little on your void surf board
60. "Well its about time." you mutter to yourself
61. >A few minutes and the target of your watch finally comes into view
62. >A bright portal like hole is suspended motionless among the sea of nothingness that is the void
63. You let out a sigh of relief "I guess thats my stop."
64. >You swerve your surfboard towards the portal
65. >As the portal grows closer you start to feel a bit of turbulence underneath your board
66. >Such turbulence is caused by tiny unknown fractures in the void and tend to form around portals to alternate worlds
67. >These fractures or relatively small and dont really require any sort of immediate attention, however if you have plans on leaving this world you might want to get them patched up less they grow into larger holes which can cause all sorts of problems if you were to fall into them
68. >how ever being that you dont plan on really ever leaving you dont really see how its a problem you need to worry about
69. >You are able to easily keep your balance being that you are fairly experienced void surfer and continue towards your new world
70.
71. >With a bright flash of light as you pass through the portal, the blackness of the void is quickly replaced with a dark blue
72. >You survey the new world from your position in the sky
73. >trees everywhere
74. >clouds wistfully floating through the sky
75. >large solemn mountain tops in the distance
76. >and your favorite
77. >the sun is starting to near the horizon preparing to set
78. >Its perfect
79. >god do you hope this place has a moon
80. "Beautiful" you say to yourself oblivious of your surroundings being that you are enraptured with the sight before you
81. >You are a sucker for pretty views such as this one and to your dismay sunsets always manage to pull your attention away from your immediate surroundings
82. >because of you negligence you fail to see and feel you and your board start to plummet towards the ground as you fail to keep your balance
83. >You briefly snap out of your stupor as you plummet to the floor of the forest you once hung above
84. "Oh shit! Not aga-"
85. >Your body crashes into the soil and your unmanned surf board sputters around wildly and shoots off into the distance
86.
87.
88.
89. >You are Celestia
90. >The fairest, prettiest, funniest, and most responsible pony in all the land
91. >since their are no ponys other than your sister no pony can say otherwise
92. >Being the perfect pony that you are, it would only makes sense that you are the one in charge and Luna should do everything you say
93. >"We played tag all day yesterday Celly! It's my turn to choose what we play!" your sister shouts angrily.
94. "We didnt do it all day, we played tag until you threw a tantrum and ran off!"
95. >Mentioning her tantrum seems to transform her annoyed expression into one of anger.
96. >"I didnt throw a tantrum! You wouldn't let me catch you, and I always had to be IT! I dont wanna play tag if I have to do all the chasing! I want to play a fun game like hide and seek!
97. "Hide and seek is a game for babies, and maybe you wouldn't have to be always IT if you would learn to stop tripping over your own hoofs!
98. >That jab seems to hit right where it hurts as you start to see tears now form in the corner of
99. Luna's eyes
100. >"H-hide and seek is not for babies, a-a-and I dont wanna play with a big stupid meanie head like you anyways!" She cholked out.
101. >Tears now streaming down her face she turns around and high tales it down the empty hall as quickly as her little hoofs could carry her.
102. "Fine! Ill just go play by myself then! And dont think you get to sleep in my bed tonight either!" You holler at the already long gone Luna
103. >"Stupid Luna, She always has to get her way or else she throws a huge tantrum." You huff angrily to yourself as you make your way back to your room
104.
105. >Finally reaching the door to your room, you push open the sun sigiled door and make way to your table that holds all your arts and crafts supplies.
106. >Nothing helps take your mind off of Luna's dumb outburst's like drawing with your crayons.
107. >Taking a seat at the table you retrieve your red and yellow crayon and get to work on the nearest piece of blank paper
108. >You begin creating the finest picture of cake that has been put on paper and while doing so your mind begins to drift to Luna
109. >Thinking of how stupid she is as well as how selfish she can be makes you start to feel as if there was a stone starting to form in your stomach
110. "D-dumb Luna, she is always getting upset over the stupidest things." You mumble to yourself.
111. >You like to pride yourself with being the more marely mare, you never get scared of anything and you havent cried in like forever!
112. >your super responsible and you can deal with any problem your faced with
113. >These same things cant be said about Luna however.
114. >She is scared of everything even her own shadow. She follows you everywhere and she cant be left alone or else she gets scared and starts crying. She cant even use the bathroom unless you wait for her outside the door.
115. >She is probably crying and trembling underneath her blanket right now since your not right next her
116. >The stone in your stomach feels as if it got just a little bit heavier
117. >Despite these facts, you still feel guilty for some reason
118. >Why should you feel guilty though? You didnt even do anything.
119. >Except how you practically called her a baby, and refused to play her favorite game despite it being her turn to choose the todays's game
120. >You can feel something begin to pool around your eyes as you also remember how you told her she cant sleep in your bed tonight even though you know she is terrified of the dark and cant sleep when she is all alone.
121. >warm fluid slowly begin to crawl down your cheeks as you try to focus on the drawing of your cake and try not to think about how your all alone in this vacant castle and the only friend you have ever had probably hates you now all because you were selfish, and mean, and a bad sister, and....and..
122. >You clench your eyes shut and grit your teeth trying to stop any tears from escaping your eyes
123. >A few moments pass and you slowly open your eyes
124. >Trying to take your mind off of Luna you look around the room for something to distract you
125. >However you find your attention pulled to a picture that was hanging on your wall
126. >It was a gift Luna had gave you on your last birthday, it was a picture of the two of you having tea on the moon.
127. >She was really proud of that picture, considering it her best drawing ever, and she gave it to you
128. >She gave her best drawing ever to you
129. >Tears start to stain the picture of the cake you drew.
130. >You begin to sob loudly as more tears flood out from your eyes
131. >Ever since mom and dad left she is all you have
132. >You dont want lose your only sister
133. >You dont want to be all alone
134. >Running over to your bed and burying your face deep into your pillow, you let out all the sadness that has been pooling inside you
135.
136. >Drowsily, you raise your head from your pillow while wiping of the moist droll from the side of your face with a hoof you
137. >You must of took a nap while you were bawling your eyes out
138. >Looking out the window, you are able to see the sun beginning to set
139. "Awww, I wasted the whole day!" you think to yourself."I should go apologize to Luna before it gets to dark out"
140. >You begin to turn away from the window however something plummeting from the sky in the distance catches your attention
141. >Focusing on the figure you try to make out details
142. >It looks like a weird stretched out pony
143. >The weird stretched out pony falls into the forest and is obscured by the tress
144. "What was tha-"
145. >Your not even able to finish the thought when some wierd board shaped thingy shoots out from where the pony fell at an amazing speed
146. >It rockets right towards the castle and a extremely loud grinding noise can be heard coming from the side of the castle walls
147. >This takes you by surprise and you fall backwards off the bed
148. >You scramble underneath the bed hoping whatever is attacking your castle doesnt find its way inside
149. >The loud grinding on the side of the castle continues for a few minutes, but the intense fear you feel makes the minutes feel like hours
150. >Eventually the grinding comes to a sudden stop and all is quiet
151. >Your body is still petrified with fear and you cant bring yourself to leave the safety of your bed when whatever made that grinding noise could still be out there
152. >After a few more minutes of trembling under your bed, you begin to cautiously exit your shelter
153. >your halfway out from underneath your bed, and thats when you hear a light tap at your door
154. >You shoot back underneath your bed, heart now thumping madly
155. >A few moments pass and suddenly your begins to slowly creep open
156. >Your breathing stops and you swear you can feel your heart pounding
157. >"C-Celestia?" a small voice peeps from behind the door
158. >Hearing Luna's voice fills you with a surge of emotions, but above everything you feel relief
159. >relief that your sister is okay and the monster didnt get her
160. >Luna warily peeks her head out from behind the door
161. >scanning the room she catches your eyes underneath the bed
162. >softly closing the door behind her so she doesnt make any noise
163. >She makes a mad dash to you and scrambles underneath the bed
164. >Pushing to your side, Luna presses up against as much as physically possible
165. >The fear that had gripped you before subsides a little with knowledge that your dear sister is safe and hear beside you
166. >She was safe and you weren't alone anymore
167. >Despite your new found comfort, you could see that Luna was a mess
168. >Her entire body was trembling, likely from the terrifying ordeal she had been through.
169. >Her eyes were tightly shut, tears generously pouring down her face accompanied by light sobs
170. >"C-celestia....she whimpers. I-I was so scared, I was all alone a-a-and I thought something was attacking the castle and it was gonna g-g-get me." Luna continues as her sobs grow slightly louder.
171. >Despite the rather cramped conditions underneath the bed, you are able to squeeze a fore hoof over Lunas back giving her the best hug your able to under the current circumstances
172. "Its okay Luna, I wont let the monster hurt you."
173. >With an audible sniff she opens her reddened eyes and looks into yours
174. >You give her your most comforting smile in order to try and assure her that everything will be alright
175. >She seems to calm down a bit with this gesture as she bury's her face into your strawberry main and continues to let out the last of her sobs
176. >You gently move your hoof up and down her back and turn your attention to the door
177. >You are reunited with your sister, but where do you go from there?
178. >The monster could still be out there
179. >Or maybe he already left
180. >Now that you think about it, its been quite some time since you heard that terrible grinding noise
181. >But maybe he was just being quite and waiting for you to show yourself so he could gobble you up!
182. >This thought sends a shiver down your spine
183. >Your so uncertain about what you should do
184. >One thing you are certain of however is that you cant stay hiding in your room forever
185. >Sooner or later your gonna need food
186. >You only have so much cake stashed away in your room as it is
187. >By your estimation you have enough to get you through dinner and after dinner snack time, but come mourning you wont have enough for breakfast
188. >This is also assuming you can bring yourself to eat all of your cake that you have stored away
189. >But can you really bring yourself to eat all your birthday cake?
190. >Once thats gone you wont get anymore till your next birthday, and thats like forever away!
191. >So its decided, you have to make your way to the kitchen
192. >You take your hoof away from Luna and start to make your way out from under the bed
193. >"Celly! What are you doing!" Luna half yells half whispers.
194. "I..im gonna go see if the monster is still here!"
195. >Luna slowly makes her out from underneath the bed, but stops when only her front half is out. "Are you crazy? It might try to eat you! We should just stay in here until it goes away!"
196. "But it might already have left, and we cant stay in here forever, besides im getting hungry!"
197. >Luna looks down at her tummy and you can hear a slight growl as well
198. >"M-me to....b-but I still think we should stay here!"
199. >A little annoyed at your sisters timidness you turn and make your way towards the door
200. "Well im going with or without you, and im gonna eat all the oats in the kitchen!"
201. >"B-b-but celestia!"
202. >Ignoring your sisters protests you creak open the door and peak into the hallway
203. >The setting sun illuminates the hallway with an orange glow providing enough light to see clealry down the hallway
204. >You pause for a second before completely leaving your room, listening for the familiar grinding sound
205. >Yet the grinding doesn't return
206. >Certain that the monster is nowhere near your current vicinity, you tiphoof down the hallway trying to not make to much noise
207. >A sudden noise from behind you causes you to freeze in place however
208. >You can feel your heart beat a million miles an hour as you slowly turn your back to see the monster waiting behind you
209. >To your surprise however the source of the noise was just Luna opening your bedroom door in the loudest way possible
210. >She had somehow found a way to make as much noise opening the door as possible while only just creaking it open
211. >Luna peers to the left and right just to make sure that the monster wasnt going to jump her as soon as she left the safety of your room
212. >She hesitantly makes her way out of your room while attempting to close the door behind her as quietly as possible
213. >And when you say as quietly as possible you actually mean outright slamming the door shut sending a loud boom echoing down the hallway which causes you to cringe.
214. >Seemingly unaffected by the loud boom, she gallops down the hallway towards where your currently stand
215. >The clip clop of her hoof steps produces even more noise that your sure could be heard all throughout the castle
