Brilliant Flame (B)

The Dragon generates fire on both of their hands and then joins them, creating a unique, larger flame as a result. This flame creates a very massive and destructive explosion. The user can also ignite both of their hands and combines the flame in the same way, but instead of creating a giant explosion, the user throws a very large fireball at the enemy, with enough Mastery.
