Any instances of SCP-118 are to be held in Vault-13 of Site 77's Safe SCP wing. Instances of SCP-118 must be catalogued before being placed into active storage. Foundation assets stationed in the western DC area are to keep a constant watch for additional instances of SCP-118. Any persons found to be affected by SCP-118 are to be quarantined and observed. Any instances of SCP-118-2 found outside containment are to be terminated, and family is to be given Class-A amnesiacs.

SCP-118 is a collection of flyers, printed on 2.04x2.54 centimeter papers, appearing on motor vehicles in the western section of Washington D.C. Instances of SCP-118 appear to be ordinary pieces of paper, advertising a " Manna Family Wellness Center". The documents each have unique text, although the phrases "Learn Something" and "Take the risk" have appeared on approximately 48% of the SCP-118 instances currently in containment. In addition, no address for the center has been printed on any SCP-118 instance.
