MIshima Adventures: Episode 3

The southern lands of the isle of Hoshido mainly belong to the Mishima clan, a long-standing clan that has been around since the beginning of Miyazaki. This clan has, once upon a time, dueled with the Mitsuragis for power over the islands countless and countless of times during the warring eras vefore society was able to established itself. These two clans waged vicious battles with a ton of bloodshed shared between them. Women, Children, elderly...none was spared between them until finally the leader of the Mitsuragis at the time, Hashirama Mitsuragi and his monster, a Zan named Musashi, was able to beat the leader of the Mishimas, Madara Mishima and his monster, a Garu named Sojiro in battle for everything at sake. Hashirama won as the Mitsuragis soon take over the Miyazaki islands as the Mishimas soon retreated to the southern parts of Hoshido, to heal and recover from such a shameful loss.


It would be some time before the Mishimas would comeback better and stronger with their discovery of using tools to strengthen their monsters..but in the current time, the southern parts of Hoshido have many homes of various sizes belonging to the current members of this esteemed clan. One of them being very big with that is 2 floors high, but extremely wide and long covering over a huge part of the land that's closed off by a steel fence.

This estate has many sections to it within such as a training dojo, a swimming pool, a personal theater, and other fancy stuff. This estate belongs to Jairen Mishima who lives here by himself. This home of his is the 2nd biggest in this portion of the region behind his father, Shidoni, who lives near the entrance of the Mishima plains. It's honestly more of a village with some small personal businesses own by some of the Mishimas, most of their product produced by either themselves, or within the Mishima Zaibatsu.


Back to Jairen's home, he is busy doing some training katas in his dojo. It have a statue of a Raiden holding a club at the front of it with 2 smaller Garus standing next to it with the floors being cushion pads built to soften the impacts of being thrown to the ground. He's currently throwing out mixes of straights and kicks while thinking back on what Asuka told him about the future. "(A lot of shit went down within the next 20 years....over a billion lives lost from the war...Mishima Zaibatsu falling apart...)" He sighs and sit down on the ground with a scowl. "(So much....)" He shakes his head and rest it in one of his hands. He wasn't expecting today to have such a huge reveal for him to deal with coming home, but here he was in his personal dojo wearing his standard white karate gi with purple smoke-like fire design and no clothing attire on his upper body excluding his red gloves with iron stubs on the back of them.


"...I gotta talk to Asuka." He stands up and shakes his head. "Geez...to think I of all people would have a kid..And someone who's so opposite of me no less..." From what little he know of her, Asuka is incredibly sociable and friendly, greeting people while they were leaving the Zaibatsu tower after beating the guards no less. On the contrasting side, while he is far from an evil asshole, Jairen doesn't exactly go out of his way to be nice to people. At least publicly. He have his share of dropping donations to organizations with his name withheld much like his dad and his granddad. "(I wager the war must had done something to make her act so...so...nice.)"


He decide to leave his dojo and walk within his personal estate. It is currently night time at 11PM with the moon shining down on his home with clear skies(On the opposite end of the world, it would be morning time at Ylisse) with the sounds of his barefeet echoing in his hallways with clear windows. On the back lawn stands a big barnhouse that is the home of Masashi with his own personal stuff for him to have such as a bed, TV, and small jacuzzi as well as other stuff a monster may need and want. Jairen soon reaches his living room where the TV is on, playing an anime with Asuka and Akane watching with apt attention while eating Popcorn. He hangs back a bit to watch them from afar with crossed arms and a frown. While he can't say he dislike her, he also can't say he like her as of yet. Him allowing her to stay with him for tonight while some of his clan members get a home ready for her is extremely nice of him considering who he is. At the same time, he felt like he deserve to know more about her. Feeling that way, he sighs and walk towards the Kitchen which is across from the living room and head to the fridge for a snack.


"Akane! this is so awesome! There was no way for us to see this anime to it's end from where we came from!!" Asuka leans forward in the couch along with Akane as the show goes on. Jairen comes back from the fridge and sit down on a smaller couch across from the one they were on on it's left with a bowl of sunflower kernels. "So..." He speaks up as he gets their attention. "You said back at my job that you came here with others...." "Oh!" Asuka blinks and nods at him with a smile. "Yeah, I did. what's up?" "Can you tell me who they are? In case one of them live here in Miyazaki?" Asuka nods and pause the anime for the moment as she turn back to her dad. "Ok, so do you know of Taiyang Xiao Long?" The name sound familiar to Jairen who gestures her to continue. "Big, tall guy, muscular...blonde hair...tan skin from living on Osaka, the southern part of the Miyazaki isles?" Jairen munches on some kernals before nodding with a calm look.  "Oh yeah, I've faced him a couple of times...Masashi whooped his monster's ass naturally...I believe it's a Magna(Golem/Worm) named Shen."

"Right.." Asuka ignores her father's claim and rubs her neck as she continues. "He have 2 daughters from 2 different women. One of them is Yang Xiao Long, my best friend from childhood who have an Beaclon named Banhachi. And her younger sister is Ruby Rose who have an Antlan named Loki." She leans in a bit closer to him and put her hand up to her mouth as if she's whispering some forbidden secret. "And they are part Asgardians.." Jairen tilts his head with a slightly amused look. "So Taiyang managed to get two wives at once?" Asuka leans back and shakes her head with a concerned look. "No, it's not as simple as that...Not my story to tell but..." She sighs with Jairen understanding how it must be a personal thing he don't need to know about. "So who are the others?"


"Well...The others are from Ylissian..We have plenty more from there, but the most important one is the daughter and son of Chrom and Robin, Lucina and Morgan. Morgan's not a trainer, more of an assistant to Lucina's who have a Zuum named Bellona much like her dad. She's the de facto leader of us back in the other timeline even tho some of us didn't really like it..." Asuka roll her eyes as she recline in the couch with a frown. "I assume you're one of them." Jairen states the obvious as she sighs and rest a hand on Akane's head "She tend to act like she knows what's best and have a massive stick up her fat ass and can be a bitch...." Groaning with a scowl as she continues. "It sucks cause she is also our best trainer and fighter between us..." Jairen hmphs with his bowl of kernels resting on the table before him. Hearing anyone being better than a Mishima will always annoy them to an extent, and it seems Asuka's no different. "(Seems like she have some Mishima pride..)" "Well, while we're trying to stop whatever crazy shit from happening..I'll train you to make sure you become the best in your circle of allies."

Asuka and Akane look at each other with shocked looks as they look at Jairen. "Really Pops?" He roll his eyes at her disbelieving tone. "Of course I will...You're my daughter and If you are itching to become good, I'll lead you down the path..." Asuka fist pumps and hi-five her Hare "Allright!" Seeing her looking so happy makes Jairen feel some small spark of joy that he hides behind a steel face as he continues his discussion. "So...anyone else?"


Asuka rubs her chin in thought before facepalming "Oh yeah..there's one more Asgardian..You know of Lusamine Rochefort, right?" A name that Jairen don't like to hear considering who she is as he shudders a bit with a frown. "....That woman who like to invade personal space all too well.." Asuka didn't like to remind him of his times with her during tourneys and other meetings, but it is needed for what she is gonna say. "Well, she have a daughter named Emilie Rochefort. Or Lili for short..." Jairen sighs and rest his head on one of his hand with an annoyed look. "I assume this Lili is like her mom?" Asuka nods with a grimace. "She is like a clone of her, very haughty and arrogant. She LOVES to try and pick fights with me, no matter the occasion. It's so weird that she also tries to be somewhat nice to me as well..." She rustles her hair with a frown as Jairen pieces together what he is learning about Lili and his own experience with her mom... "(This sounds very much like Lusamine with me...Lili must harbor strong feelings for Asuka here and don't know how to express them properly like her mom. I can only hope it's not as....abnormal as Lusamine's methods are.)" "I see...Have Lili always tries to touch you in some way?" Asuka nods with a scowl. "Always, Pops! She try to rub my shoulders, hold my hand, pat me on my back a lot, even throw a kick my way!" She rest her head in her hands while hunched over. "It's sooooo annoying! The worst part is that she's like my equal so I can't stomp her to make her leave me alone!...What is her problem?!?"

Jairen knew that this is a delicate matter that needs the right method of handing this...so he eats some kernals and swallow it down his throat with some water from a bottle on the table and clears his throat. "...Asuka, Lili's down-bad for you."

".......nani" Asuka look at her dad with a disbelieving look before shaking her head with a smile. "No way, Pops, she acts so aggressive towards me." "Same for her mom, but Lusamine also like to shower me with some very odd affections..." He rest his hands behind his head with a calm look. "That woman will always send me some weird gifts in some way of trying to ask me out....I don't know whether she like me for who I am or for what I am in the world...but it's very...aggressive and scary."


Asuka was about to say something until she begin to think back to all of her interactions with Lili in the other timeline and shake her head. "Fo-forget about them, I have a more important question to ask you!" Jairen frowns, but nods at her. "Shoot." "...WHEN...Are....YOU.." She points at him with an accusing look. "GONNA ASK MOM OUT!?!?"

Jairen's eyes widen for a quick moment before he collects himself with a scowl and sighs.. "....I would...if I knew who she was.." Asuka's smirk makes his hair stand up, as if she lead him to some devious trap in a children's card game. "Oh nono no...You KNOW who she is...it's the only woman who you actually have some conversation with whenever you see her! When I was little back then, you would tell me all the times you would try to arrange it so that you two would bump into each other in public using your connections!"

"..........." Jairen's scowl and his hands tightening on his arms while crossed make Asuka know she's right as she goes on."AHA! SO YOU WERE TRYING TO COURT HER DURING THIS TIME!!" Jairen have a blushing face now as he stands up and begin to fast walk to his room up the stairs. "Wait!" He stops before he turn and glare at her who fidgets nervously underneath his gaze. He sighs and relaxes as he leans against the rail towards her. "Look, I'm still trying to work out my nervousness over Jun here. It's the first time I ever really like someone and I don't know how she feels about me..." Asuka beams him a confident smile and shakes her head at his shyness. "Dad, I'm living proof that she likes you, dude." Akane nods to confirm this as she goes on. "Besides..." She put on a shifty face with her hands out in front of her that makes Jairen uncomfortable as she make squeezing motions. "Mom's a more freak in the sheets than you may know....~"

"...I didn't need to know that, least of all from you, Asuka.." Jairen mutters with a stone face that hides all the nervousness in the world behind it with her laughing. "But it's so true tho!! Beneath her cold and stony exterior is a pervert of the highest order!...." She calm down with a small smile at him after her roaring laughter fit. "But..she does love you dad..I'm sure of it."

"...I see.." He look away with a small smirk before glancing back at her with a scowl. "Well anyway...you know where the guest room is at, You and Akane can sleep in there. Don't stay up too late, we have many things to do tomorrow. Introducing you to Dad so that he can be in the knowing of who you are...registering you and Akane in the Monster Trainer League for Miyazaki, and getting you accustomed to the Zabatsu..." He turn around and head to his room with a wave. "Good night, Asuka."

"G'night, Pops! Love ya!" She gives him a thumbs up as he does the same to her while walking down the hallway. Leaving Asuka with Akane who sighs and sit down on the couch. "Whew...he can be a bit harder to deal with, but he's still a good and handsome guy..." She put on a very determined look as she clench a fist. "...All the more reason I need him to fuck mom before Lili gets her own to do the same to him...I refuse to be her sister in this timeline..." She turn back to the anime and smile.. "Like she likes me LIKE that...Pops, you're so crazy.."

Asuka and Akane didn't stay up that long before sleeping in the guest room and getting prepped for tomorrow...
