Some fixes to Shade of Aran's ability named "Dragon's Breath".

He is currently not using the correct "Dragon's Breath" spell. The spell should be cast on a random person in the raid that "panics" the character and puts a dot that does 6k damage over 6 seconds while doing 1k damage to everyone in melee range of the character that got this effect.

I believe the spell he is using right now is: https://www.burning-crusade.com/database/?spell=37289, but it should be this one: https://www.burning-crusade.com/database/?spell=29964

As seen clearly in this part of the video, the mage named Bluecrash receives the Dragon's Breath and instantly become "panicked" for 6 seconds dealing 1k damage to people around him and 6k damage to himself over 6 seconds.
