  3. Thalia Reid(BryceHego) is trying to think on how she wants to entertain these accusations, before coming to a riveting conclusion. Her expression relaxes, she begins to go back into stretching, shifting her arms and torso horizontally, and finishing the other activities she needed to help keep herself a bit more limber. The conversation taking place nearby was in one ear out the other, she could not hold her interest and it probably wasn't going on any tests. Eventually, Thalia drops onto her hands and toes, fixing her form with slight movements before beginning a brief series of boring push-ups. - Sun Sep 28 11:28:38 2025

Thalia Reid(BryceHego) gets busy changing her form, she once her arms begun to felt fatigue, she placed the stress onto the back of her arms, with her forearms being used to prop herself up in the grass. Her jacket sleeves were pulled up before all of this, of course.   12. Thalia Reid(BryceHego) looks away, frowning. Maybe that was too much all at once. "Yeah, forget I said anything. I'll just pretend to be patient and all." She had already felt a sort of high with Romulus performing his routine of Calisthenics. "So I got this ability, it only occurs when, well, my fight or flight response kicks in." That's all she cared to illude to, before starting to lower herself, dropping into a deep squat, and taking about a half second before sending herself back up. Lately, the weight of her body hasn't been as noticeable, but she's sure she can fix that by adding in more reps. She would be breaking her personal best in this set, squatting 40 times without breaking a sweat, it wasn't until much later, around 60, that she would start to feel the pain creep up on her. - Thu Oct 09 05:07:37 2025

Thalia Reid(BryceHego) will make it pretty deep into her reps, stopping at 80 squats before her legs felt a considerable burn, but her breathing didn't become labored so soon, maybe a few controlled deep breaths here and there. Her Stamina has certainly improved from previous sessions. She drops onto her hands and toes, fixing the posture of her elbows, adjusting the position of her limbs until she begun to start a series of push-ups. Much like with the squats, she struggles to notice the impact her weight gave to the training, increasing the necessary reps she had to perform. "What did you got for me?" - Thu Oct 09 05:14:27 2025

  17. Thalia Reid(BryceHego) stops not even ten push-ups in to observe Hiroshi's form. She never thought to dare something like putting all her weight onto just two of her fingers. What finger does she trust the most? Maybe she should start with two? Her pointing and middle finger are curled, she digs them against the ground. This wasn't so much something to increase intensity on her standard muscle groups as it was to train resistance in the individual fingers themselves, as well as her control and balance using them. "I'm Stormforge." She states, bringing her weight onto those selective fingers, pushing them out, and curling the rest into a fist. She is impressed that she could hold this, but she suspected it wouldn't last forever. She returns to her push-ups using a beginner version of what Hiroshi had showed off. She won't make as many reps successfully, but maybe she can nail down switching up her fingers to relieve the burden. - Thu Oct 09 05:22:08 2025

  19. Thalia Reid(BryceHego) pushing her body through the building pain, she understands that her fingers were much more durable than she gave them credit for. She has made it deep into her reps, about 30 pushups, but she's not the type to count them out to keep on her progress. She will raise herself up, placing down her ring finger, then removing the other two, shifting into a proper one finger form. The positioning wasn't too far off, so there was no un-necessary discomfort. She continues the reps, drawing out the energy needed to perform another set of 30, by now her breathing was growing heavy, but if anything this desire for oxygen was going to be what she needed to fire the rest of her body up.
