- If you had a previous version installed, then you should take the following steps:
- 1) Delete the PrimoLTR task from the Task Scheduler (if any);
- 2) Run the old Trial Reset simultaneously with the / c and / o keys and wait for the message about the completion of cleaning operations at the next OS boot;
- 3) Reboot the OS;
- 4) Close the message from the old Trial Reset when logging in with a promise to complete everything at the next OS boot (in fact, everything has already been done);
- 5) Delete the executable EXE file of the old Trial Reset;
- 6) Reboot the OS;
- 7) Apply the new version of Trial Reset.
- 8) Reboot the OS, after which the expired trial periods should be reset.
- P. S. If before cleaning you have already applied a new Trial Reset in the "default" mode, then at step # 1 remove from the Task Scheduler not only the PrimoLTR task, but also the Romex Software task - Trial Reset.
