Stand Appearance: A samurai with no face, that constantly superimposes images of itself

Stand Ability: The stand has the ability to 'extend' or 'drag things
out', immensely lowering something's tempo, velocity, or momentum. Gradually, as something is extended, it becomes more and more mangled, filled with 'noise'. For example, drawn-out physical activities gradually add more and more random, unnecessary motions; drawn-out visuals gradually add more random, small artifacts. This is restricted to things directly within the vicinity of the user, but occurs, ironically, rather quickly.
