° background : born into a very supportive and happy family, sarang grew up as a very happy child in the comfort of the apartment she lived in with her mom, dad, and siblings in paju. her mom one day forced her to join the church's choir at 15 years old when she heard sarang singing alone in her room. sarang soon then found a passion for singing. she began dreaming of becoming a singer so when she was 17 she auditioned at sm ent and got in. there they trained her on her singing, dancing and even rapping. they thought she had the voice for rapping so they taught her the do's and dont's. there, she became a trainee at 17 years old, focusing on rapping and singing. her parents and sibling were very supportive of her choice which made sarang's dream easier to reach.
