  1. I had an account subcription through paypal for a service through ab-hosting.net . On the 28th I had canceled the service and recieved a confirmation email that the service would end on the 30th. On the 30th the service renewed despite of the cancellation. I have contact suppport numerours times through support tickets to get it resolved by them and was ignored. I've tried contacting them through their live chat and they wouldn't respond and kept terminating the chat on me. I've tried disputing it through paypal, but they were unable to do anything since it was the payment was actually taken from my debit card and nothing from my paypal. I made a call to your support describing the problem and they informed me to send you an email with evidence of my claim. I have attached serveral screenshots to this email to support my claim

Picture one - Email stating that the billing would end on 9/30 (please note the reason that it says Random Name is because they had a security flaw where personal info got leaked so I updated my info to protect my personal info heres a video of the flaw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lbXwD4G0-OU )

  5. Picture two - I opened a service ticket once I realized they have charged me. They didn't respond, but they did give me 29.99 credit balance which can only be used on their site. I asked them to refund me through paypal because I thought it was a paypal payment. I did not want a credit refund since the money shouldn't have been taken out of my account in the first place.

  7. Picture three - I have opened a new ticket to try to get their attention and explained the situation.

  9. Picture four - A few hours after submitting my ticket their live chat came online. I tried to talk to their live chat assistant, but was ignored instead. To confirm they were ignoring me I opened a new browser pretending I was very interested in purchasing a service from them and they happily replied within seconds. Once I noticed that they were ignoring me I kept trying to get their attention and they ended up terminating the chat without replying

  13. Picture six - Since I thought that the payment was through paypal I decided to open a dispute through paypal. After a few hours ab-hosting finally acknowledged my refund request and proceeded to finally respond to my support ticket stating "give up... we won." with the automated email from paypal. After recieving this response from them I called up paypal support and they explained to me since the payment was taken out from my card, and not my paypal account they could not refund the payment.
