- background: Minwoo was always a soft spoken child. His father wanted him to inherit his power, which was flight. His mother wasn't born with a power so she took care of Minwoo and his older sister, while his father wasn't home much. At the age of 10 his sister gained her power, flight. His family celebrated the great news. Minwoo wanted to have flight too seeing how happy his family was over it. When Minwoo was 10 his power didn't come. His parents grew in worry. It didn't come until he was 13. Minwoo attended a public school at that time. A man broke into the school and into his class with a gun intending to kill people. When Minwoo saw him he felt the pain of loss, poverty, and starvation. He went ballistic because he didn't know how to control it. He screamed and killed the man with a pair of scissors to make the pain go away. The students and his teacher watched him do it. He went to court over the incident, but since he was just a child he was not punished. His father shunned him and never talked to him again. He went back to school and people never talked with him, they all feared he would do the sameto them as he had done to the man. He transferred schools at the age of 18, his mother hoping it would help him make friends with the fresh start.

He has mood swings when he is around others, so he sticks to himself mostly. He fears that he will go crazy in front of others like when he was younger. He comes off as cold and blank, but he really just wants to be happy and open around others. Minwoo wants to have friends and he envies others who have many. He tends to judge people by how they act. He is very emotional when sad, but looks like a kid in a candy shop when he is happy. He runs away from his problems. He strugglew with wanting to be a hero because he doesn't know how.
