  1. Being born into a royal bloodline has it's dilemmas, but being born into one of the last remaining empires in Korea can be beyond a grave hassle.
  2.
  3. After the Japan–Korea Treaty of 1910, in which the Empire of Japan annexed the Korean Peninsula, some members of the Yoon clan and Chou clan were mediatised into the Imperial House of Japan and the Japanese peerage by the Japanese government until 1947, just before the Constitution of Japan was promulgated. Since then, their status as royalty has not been acknowledged by any country; however, they continue to attract occasional media attention in South Korea.
  4.
  5. At present, the remaining two royal descents are now taking back their rightful place in South Korea and are being acknowledged just like any other sovereigns in other countries. But what happens when one of those families wants to be the ONLY dynasty to reign over Korea?  The Choi lineage grows envious that the Yoon family is more respected and looked up to, as they are hated and feared. With so much hatred in their hearts, Sojin Choi conjures up a plan to have the heirs of the Yoon lineage kidnapped and their parents assassinated. However, their plan takes a turn for the worst when the hired assassin kills the youngest Yoon child and hints at his employers involvement before he is put to death. Will the Yoon's turn a blind eye to the Choi's and allow them to take over the throne, or will revenge thicken the plot?
