crazy dream

A pilot crashed in western spain(?) during ww2. It's a super rural area. He ends up finding this little inn where he gets a room. He is kinda crazy and he keeps seeing things, somewhat scary but I can't remember what exactly. Eventually he realizes he is trapped here and can't leave. Like every time he passes this fence he wakes up in the crashed plane. So he tries everything he can think of to leave and eventually even gets drunk and starts thinking that if he kills the innkeepers dog (had some creepy moments about it) he will be able to leave. But he can't do it himself for whatever reason so he takes it to some bums who don't believe him and he physically can't take the dog even to the farm area with the fence. He gets frustrated and fights the bums, ends up killing one. He eventually meets these 2 girls who are kinda like hippies. They tell him no matter what he is going to die there but they like him. I can't recall what he does as a reaction but he tries to figure out how. Eventually they tell him they're going to kill him and he kinda is ok with it. So they have a nice date day then like a 3some and then they take axes and kill him together. Then he is watching in the sky as the one girl becomes instantly pregnant and kills the other and then I woke up

Some of the weird stuff was like doors appearing and vanishing, people doing weird shit or just randomly screaming. The dog was like always around watching him.  And sometimes it'd get bigger or smaller. I specifically remember a part where the pilot was in bed and the dog was prowling the rafters above him about the size of a cat. Then he finally stood up and tried to leave the room. But there was no door. He turned back around and someone was standing in the corner but he just ignored them and went to bed.
