  1. Hello CSGOPole.com staff team, I am here today to apply for the role of Sponsorship Management.
  2.
  3. I am very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to getting partnerships, youtubers, and other types of advertisements and publicity to certain sites and services.
  4.
  5. I haven't frequently been a moderator or staff on a csgo site in a while, but i've owned a my main site (csgobears.com) around a year ago.

  8.
  9. In my experience of running sites, getting staff members, and creating a community based on my site, there were lots of hardships that I had to face, as a person, as the site owner, and as a leader for other staff members i had recruited. Our site flourished very well and it was super easy managing all the players, replying to tickets, and giving support and updates on whats going on with the site and how it will be fixed.
  10.
  11. Everything was alright, besides the fact that we needed skins to actually attract players to our site and to actually help us make money. At the time I didn't have anyone who had a clue on how to actually get money for the site and we almost died out. I would go on other gambling sites, reddit, csgolounge and i would find people who were rich and were willing to invest a little percentage of what they had into the site in order to help us profit, and help them profit in the long run. I know how to talk business with people, I'm very professional, and I don't play around when it comes to potentially funding the site.
  12.
  13. I've probably acquired 5 - 6 investors on my old site bears, and in total we had around 2300$ to put in the the sites withdrawal bots. It was fairly easy after that, and every month we paid our investors based on how much money we made and how much they invested to begin with. I stayed on top everyone who invested and i gave them weekly - monthly updates to make sure they knew that we were still working with them and that they weren't forgotten.
  14.
  15. Now besides that, there are ways to actually get investor's that are a bit tricky. If you don't have a huge twitter page for the site, a big steam group or tons of players on the site already, many investor's would of course deny or disapprove with choosing CsgoPole to put their time into.
  16.
  17. This is a very serious issue, especially because other sites have been popping up frequently in the gambling community, stealing skins by using fake deposit bots and other little methods. If i were to get this job, or a lower job on the site, We would need the site to be OPEN (but not advertised) so we can get investors on the site, show them how the experience is and then talk business with percentages and all that. Within a couple weeks to a month we could expect to get 1 - 3 investors and have a decent withdrawal inventory for the site.
  18.
  19. There are some serious things that come with this. Some investor's depending on who your talking to may want contracts and other little things IF they are investing with actual money and not skins, You would have to understand that as the site owner, or a high staff member on the site, you could be held accountable if certain requirements within a contract are not made.
  20.
  21. If you already have a Sponsorship manager/ (someone who can get investors), well im willing to take a low-end staff rank just to help out the site, as i need to put my time into something a bit more positive and i think it would be fun.
  22. I'm a very professional person, but i don't take everything 100% serious, you would enjoy me on your staff team and i believe that i could help csgopole indefinitely, and that we could reach a point where we are as big as csgoreaper/csgopolygon and other sites that have already been funded
  23.
  24. Thank you for reading my application, hopefully you give me the opportunity to excel and make csgopole big
