You eBay guys made it impossible for me to pay my eBay outstanding fees. You locked me out of my account, and I would need to speak to someone over the phone to resolve it?

Just like you, I do not have the time for this ridiculous procedure.

If you do decide to send your meaningless bill to collections, just be well aware that I will fight it and report eBay for predatory charges since I am a business owner. A person stole my customer's eBay package, I have video evidence of it and a police report about it, and the police have even arrested the guy.
Thus, it doesn't make me look like the culprit for not paying your $11 fee, which you locked me out of eBay for not paying.
When I bring a case and a report against your predatory $11 collection charges to New York Small Claims Court, Better Business Bureau and the Credit Bureau, I will provide my extenuating circumstance evidences, and it is 99.99% likely the judge will be in my favor for obvious reasons.

However, let's keep things simple.
I would pay your $11 fee, just make it simple for me to pay it.
I have no time calling eBay and wasting hours of my priceless time.

Make life simpler for business owners you eBay people have screwed over to pay your $11 fee faster and not slower.
