▌BACKGROUND: Hyesoo was born in Osaka and lived there for 16 years of her life. She didn't get along with many of the kids because of her shy personality but she had one really good friend name Asai Kimiko. Kimiko was a very loud, outgoing and friendly person who helped Hyesoo get to know people more and finally come out oh her shell. They both enjoyed music very much. Kimiko, a dancer and Hyesoo, a rapper. Hyesoo's life was going strong with a great family and a best friend but of course, Kimiko died in a boat accident when they were both 14, leaving Hyesoo to become the shy person is again. She decided to pursue her's and Kimko's dream by flying to Korea and becoming an idol. After a while of auditioning, one company finally accepted her and she was ready to make Kimiko proud.

▌Q1: What does a trainee mean to you?
- Being a trainee means that you are on your way to become the idol. As in, you are striving and working towards your goal of being one of the best. It means that you lack something but with the help of others around you, you can work together to achieve your goals of debuting.

▌Q2: When you think of the word TRAINEE what do you think of first.
- I think of 'journey'. When you first become a trainee you will have pretty much no experience. You don't know much and are basically a lost puppy. But along the way, you meet new people who can help you build you your steps so you can reach for the stars. Wheather you've trained for 5 months or 10 years, everyone starts at the beginning of their journey, ti just matters on how well you deal with it and how well you can improve yourself.

▌Q3: What would completely break your character?
- Hyesoo would break down during the first episode or so because of the overwhelming amount of people. She would get stress and try her best to calm down but it would be the first time she'd encounter so many girls after Kimiko died. Sure, her labelmates are in a mutual friendship with her but more than that? It would make her afraid that she would mess up in front of all these people. Another thing is that if she were to mess up choreography since she isn't the most skilled at dance. She doesn't want to bring anyone down and forgetting choreo is something she stresses about a lot.

▌Q4: Why did your character join MISSION IDOL.
- Ther are two main reasons why Hyesoo joined MISSION IDOL. One, she wants to make her's and Kimiko's dreams come true. It was Kimiko's idea at the age of 12 for them to debut together but that dream soon went down the hole. So Hyesoo wants to do it for the two of them, to make Kimiko proud. Two, to overcome her fear of people once and for all. Yes it will be the biggest challenge as you can see by the previous question but she wants to stop cowering for good. She wants to be one of those girls who can smile and wave without running behind a fellow labelmate right after. She wants to be able to stand up for herself if she believes she's done nothing wrong.

▌Q5: What do you consider the most valuable memory that influenced you to do what you do today?
- The day when Kimiko and Hyesoo met of course. It was lunchtime at 10-year-old Hyesoo was alone as per usual in one of the music rooms, rapping to herself in both Japanese and Korean, drawing the playground of the kids outside. Kimiko wanted to practice her dance but all the studios were full so she decided to practice the piano instead. SHe walked into the music room which Hyesoo was in and saw her. She introduced herself to the frightened girl but then shot a gummy smile and told her that she shouldn't be afraid. That's when the friendship bloomed.

▌Q6: In general how well do u treat others? politely,rudely,passive aggressively?
- She will let anything happen. If someone wants to take her seat in the first episode, she will get up and move somewhere else with no reply. If someone younger than her asks her to do something, she will do it right away. Her labelmates would always be there to stp her but she wouldn't want to aggravate the person. But, if Hyesoo is stressed because there are too many people surrounding her or she's in the centre of attention when she doesn't want to be, she will flip as in, she will most likely scream and run away.

▌Q7: If someone in your team were being rude or greedy how would you react? would you say nothing or stand up.
- At first, she would try and stay quiet letting them do whatever they want but if it was affecting the team too much, she (i think?) would most likely be the oldest so she would tell them to give others a chance.

▌Q8: Are you Confident with yourself? explain why or why not.
- She always has hope in herself and in her mind there's always endless loops of the encouraging words Kimiko told her so she always tries to believe that she can do it, but when it comes to dancing, she really isn't confident at all. She tries to tell herself, 'i can do it' but sometimes, she doesn't think she can.
