Full-Time Manager required to join Bertie and Boo Adventure Island and Cafe - South
London:

Bertie and Boo Independent Cafe in Balham, is looking for an enthusiastic, personable and
energetic applicant to join their fast growing company.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Deliver an excellent standard of customers Service
Manage and motivate Staff
Ensure high standards of working are adhered too
Draw up staff rotas
Conducts twice weekly ordering and maintain stock levels
Handle cash and be able to work within budgets.
Meet customer services and sales targets
Deliver staff training including health and safety
Work closely with the existing management team to develop and push the business forward

This is an excellent opportunity to develop within a fun and friendly atmosphere and the right
applicant must be Fluent in English, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
They must also show a high level of Barista ability and have past management experience
within the hospitality industry.

A performance based Bonus scheme is in operation and pay will be £8.50p/hr– £9.50p/hr
dependant on experience
