makeshift hammer

I searched the littered concrete floor for something that might be useful. I settled on a two foot length of rebar jutting from a chunk of broken concrete. I broke it out of the concrete and hefted it. It made a decent sledge. Heavy and gnarled on top, yet short enough to swing in close quarters. And only someone with my forearm strength could wield it effectively.
