  5.
  6. Welcome Initiative! Your first step in joining the Central Intelligence Agency is done. Before you are ready for field duty make sure you are prepared for it. I will give you a detailed guide on everything you need to know before you can start to work for our nation.

  9.
  10. ***1.) Don't be a troll during serious talks.***
  11. *You want to have fun from time to time and we understand, however our Nation's safety is the most critical mission and should be taken seriously when at cost! This includes listening to every superior once necessary.*
  12.
  13. ***2.) Make sure to RESPECT everyone, not only the HQ team but also your co-Agents.***
  14. *Your Partners/Handlers/Superiors/Comrades life lay in your hand and so does yours. Always make sure to respect and stay in a healthy relation to them. They may even save your life one day.*
  15.
  16. ***3.) Make sure you're familiar with the server's rules.***
  17. *As an official member of the public it is your job to always oblidge to the law of the State. This also means keeping track of any change that may appear at any given time.*
  18.
  19. **4.) It is required for every member to atleast do one roleplay and one event per orders.**
  20. *PR is important. Therefore it is required to create public events for Publicity and help out other Policing Agencies if ordered to do so.*
  21.
  22. **5.) Make sure you got the squad's binds, as it is crucial for roleplay and non-roleplay use.**
  23. *A CIA-Agent is perfect, he does no mistake. That's why it is important to always know what to say whenever you approach a Criminal. Remember to give them enough time to react. We might be perfect, but they are not.*
  24.
  25. **6.) Stay in your limits and listen to higher ranked people.**
  26. *You are not the Director so don't act like him. Always listen to your superiors and stay within your own limits.*
  27.
  28. **7.) Stay in your role at most times, and at others, have fun.**
  29. *You will spend most of your time on duty. But the C.I.A. is not your whole life. If you feel burned out, take a break and go home to your family. After all, a happy Agent is an efficent Agent*
  30.
  31. **8.) Do not arrest people without using binds.**
  32. *Always make sure you give Criminals an offer to surrender and read them their laws. If you don't they might be freed again before the sun goes down.*
  33.
  34. **9.) Do not arrest people with a wanted level less than 10.**
  35. *Remember, we are there for the public safety. We work in the background, undetected to most people in the world. If we go out and arrest every petty criminal for stealing a lollipop our Agents will be known to the world in no time. Stick to high tier criminals and lock them up.*
  36.
  37. **10.) Asslick = Kick**
  38. *Not only is it disgusting, but you will also have to explain to HR why you felt you need to stick your tongue into your superiors ass.*
