Personality
Kaz has become a rather disgruntled young man thanks to his line of work. While relatible, due in part to having to grown up with an invisible girl who was oddly attached to him, Kaz is not a "normal" person. It is pretty hard to be normal when you have the sing song voice of said invisible girl in your head sometimes, however he isn't a strange person either. Well, not a strange person compared to a great deal of other people and even most of the customers he gets. Kaz has a rather long temper and stays calm longer than most people, in a sense one could say his job has trained him to be patient and calm or face the wrath of his managers. He's also a nightowl thanks to his job and has a hard time staying awake in direct sunlight. Kaz is also a tad shy and finds it difficult to start conversations but once he gets going it's hard to get him to stop.


Power/Stand
Come On Eileen is a perception altering Stand that is semi-sentient and can take on a metaphysical form like many other stands. Come On Eileen takes on the form of a humanoid girl with four jointed arms and a cane with a miniaturized bull's skull mounted as the cane's handle. Each of her arms is jointed at the shoulders, elbows, wrists and finger joints as if she were some strange doll.

Come On Eileen can directly alters others’ perceptions, making them experience the world exactly as she wishes - this could be as simple as creating visual illusions to distract an opponent, or robbing them of their senses entirely.

With a sufficient deal of control over this ability, it becomes possible to quickly and easily shape even complex “illusions” for others - to the point where even those who are aware of what is happening begin to doubt their own senses. There doesn’t seem to be any way to tell when this is being done, and as such there is no clear defense. Used on one's self, this power can render one effectively immune to any other form of illusion, as they would be able to perceive the underlying reality near-instantly. It is also a potent tool for gathering information, as it can be used to experience distant events, among other things. Come On Eileen can also use this ability to essential make Kazuhira invisible by simply "erasing him" with the view of someone else. However he is not truly invisible and thus any video / photo capturing technology can still "see" him

Of course, although the illusions this creates can be made flawless, they are still only illusions, and thus cannot actually affect anything, although they may seem like they do.

From a young age Kazuhira Yamato knew he was different. He could see things no one else could. Ghosts, spirits, a strange top hat wearing girl with four arms that called him Mister K. Come On Eileen would always follow behind boy, swaying gently and bobbing on her feet like a small bird. She was completely invisible to the world around the two and on more than one occasion Kazuhira utilized his "friend" in order to get away with things and even to retrieve things he shouldn't have been able to. He eventually discovered the strange friend's 'name' to be Come On Eileen and would only respond to those three words and not just Eileen, however his friend made it clear that she was always there regardless of whether he knew or not. Kazuhira was often the target of bullying due to his "visions" of things that didn't exist in the normal physical world, resulting in a decent number of broken bones, bloodied knuckles and his die hard adherence to himself. He refused to be denied the things he could very clearly see. People haunted by things from beyond and the strange one that decided to climb aboard the train wreck that was his life so far. He was completely unaware of where Come On Eileen came from or that in some way she was connected to him. He merely assumed she was another of the strange phantasm that he could see for reasons that still elude him to this day.

As Kaz became older and his connection deepened with his Stand however the ritual of the boy with the bloody hands seemed to never stop. One day Come On Eileen intervened in a fight and removed one of the bully's senses completely. All five senses were ripped out of the boy as the giddy giggling of Come On Eileen filled Kaz's head and the bully went into a catatonic state unable to do anything. The boy ran away from school that day and didn't return for a few weeks. It was during this time that he began to gain control of Eileen's... erratic behavior around him and begin to follow what he wanted rather than what she thought he wanted. The rest of his schooling was dull and quiet regardless of the strange visions and phantasms he saw now and again. As he crossed over into the twelfth grade he came to realize he could communicate with the strange spirits and nightmarish things he saw, the boy was one of the rare natural users of ESP which was an aftereffect of being able to call upon Eileen. She was a Stand after all, and her range of power relied on that strange world that made up human consciousness after all. Of course it was impossible for the boy to know whether the things he saw were real, after all Eileen could very easily create illusions. Whatever the case his life made a turn for the peaceful until he graduated high school.

For now Kazuhira Yamato is a part time college student and current wage slave to a chain of global convenience stores. His current living hell runs in what it typically called the graveyard shift and boy oh boy does he feel like dying usually. He usually passes that time reading about, bizarrely, a disgruntled convenience store worker. However it seems his calm is now running to a close as Come On Eileen has reared her jointed head much to the boy's chagrin. The normal life he hated was now being shattered by old insanity and quite frankly he's not sure what he prefers more. All he knows is he isn't planning on leaving New York any time soon.
