- >you pat her head and you both laugh as you walk back into the room, sitting on the swivel chairs and continuing the game
- >you continue talking, every once in a while acknowledging your progress and how far you’ve gone
- >your parents still are not here despite it being two in the morning, so you assume they went to a motel
- >You and Sayori are sitting very close, shoulders touching
- >Sayoris responses get slower and less detailed
- >you worry for a moment she’s stopped caring and is getting bored
- >you realize before it’s too late that she’s just sleepy!
- >right at the final moment of the game, she has her head against your shoulder
- >she’s breathing softly, she looks comfy
- >you smile and feel so happy you could die at that moment, content
- >the AC turns off and you hear nothing but the plink plonk action SFX and the game and Sayoris breathing
- >you beat the game and stay there for a few moments, feeling her warmth and passively watching the credits
- >the game ends and THE END shows up in all capitals on the screen, locking you into the end of the game
- >you wait for another moment, then get up, holding Sayoris head up so she doesn’t drop
- >you laugh at how silly she looks, leaned against your hand
- >you pick her up and set her on your bed
- >she instinctually in her sleep grabs one of your pillows and pulls it towards her
- >you laugh quietly again, staring at her
- >you grab some blankets and make a bed on the floor
- >you turn the light out, the only light now is the comfy light of the THE END screen
- >”goodnight Sayori”
- >she mutters something in her sleep
- >gunnhhh
- >you smile and drift off into sleep yourself, and for one of those rare moments, everything feels like it’s gonna be all right
