- Arcadia Bay, Oregon, a place that was full of events that were either good or bad. An example of a bad event, especially if it's still ongoing was Rachel's mysterious disappearance. Although some may see her before her disappearance, there is still hope that one day, she'll be found safely.
- In the mall, there were two sisters names Arista and Ariel going from store to store shopping for new clothing for their upcoming school year at Blackwell Academy. This school was full of drama and schoolwork, but, at least the place gave out a good education. Although they did like their first years, they were also excited to see what's in store for the upcoming year.
- They were giggling as they were trying on many outfits and Ariel had to grumble a couple of times whether her sister had to call her outfits "inappropriate". "But sis, girls wore these last year. It's still in style!" She fought while changing. Arista, rolling her eyes, turned toward her changing room and did release a small grumble. "Look, Ariel. One girl got asked out many times because of her slutty outfit. I do not see you wearing that outfit that makes you look that way." As the red-haired sixteen year old heard that, she grumbled and took it off. She did smirk and quickly used her eyes to aim for Arista's bag. As soon as she aimed for the bag, she threw the whole outfit in there and giggled to herself. Although the outfit did look slutty, and wanted to get it anyway and thought it looked cute, and perhaps can wear the outfit to the Vortex Club.
- As Arista came back to her room a couple of seconds later, she saw the outfit in her bag. "Ariel! You Are not getting this outfit. Put it back!" She called out in a serious tone and threw it over to her dressing room. Ariel, seeing the outfit bring thrown to her area, grumbled. "Fine. After I try on this mini skirt and adorable tank top on." The blonde grumbled, knowing that Ariel was going to sneak the outfit into the purchase one way or another.
- After trying on the mini-skirt and tank-top, Ariel had an idea on how to get the outfit she wanted. She quickly found a bag in her room and put in, although she's not going to rob it. She knew that Arista will be pissed off if she found the outfit eventually. The outfit that Ariel wanted contained a short jean skort and a skull top, and although that was not her style, it was in style the year before and of course, Ariel wanted to fit in.
- After being in the store for a couple of hours, the the two sisters paid for their back to school shopping outfits. Arista got a couple of jeans, some hair accessories, some comfortable sweatshirts just incase some classrooms got cold, and some boots. Ariel, on the other hand, got some cute skirts that were ranging from short ones with back pockets to skorts coming in all sorts of colors, and some party dresses for the Vortex Club. She even got some t-shirts for her and Arista going from prints with famous movie quotes to nice plain ones, coming in all sorts of colors. Ariel, even though she was not allowed to buy it, snuck in the outfit she wanted.
- Arista, grumbling when she found the outfit she didn't want Ariel to buy, did not want to argue with her anymore. She knew that Ariel would have to deal with boys going after her because of her legs showing off, but that was the choice she made, not hers. Ariel's stomach started to growl, so, the two of them went to the good court. "So, what do you want to eat?" Arista asked, as she got out her wallet to buy her and her sister food. There was plenty of places to eat at and the food did certainly looked appetizing so, it was hard to choose just one place. Ariel was looking around at the places and she either wanted Sushi or a deep dish personal pizza. She did want to watch her figure, so she thought of getting some sushi. "Hey Arista, in the mood for sushi." She said, pointing at the place on where it was sold. Arista paid for the food and ordered herself some chicken salad. As soon as they ate their lunch, they decided to go to another store to buy new suitcases since they knew that they had to dorm again.
- As soon as they got into the suitcase store, they both got rolling bags so it would be easier to carry their luggage into the rooms and back. They obviously would not bring their suitcases from class to class, so, the sisters had to buy something inexpensive. Then, afterwards, they both bought new backpacks to carry their supplies. "So, I think that includes everything!" Arista exclaimed as they got back to her car in a jiffy. "That took a couple of hours though." Ariel said, as she was looking at her phone to check the time. It was getting close to late afternoon, so, they both drove back to their apartment to chill and relax from the long shopping trip. As they went through the neighborhood, there were posters that said, "Rachel Amber: Missing since April 22, 2013." and Ariel had a concerned look on her face. "Man, I hope that Rachel will be back to her family. It's been months since her disappearance." Arista hearing her, nodded, as though she was agreeing with what she said. "Yeah, me too. She needs to be safe instead of being on out on her own, you know?" Arista replied, as she was concentrating on the road.
- As soon as they got back to their home, where it was a small beach house near their parents' house, the two of them decided to watch some television. There were mainly news- stories regarding Rachel's disappearance, which was going to be too depressing, as though looking at the posters all over the neighborhood was bad enough. So, Arista flipped to their favorite movie, "Sleepless in Seattle" and the two sisters watched it until they slept. It was a long day of back to school shopping and although there were bumps in the road, at least they got the job done, fashion wise before the school year starts.
