I, Daniel Armando Huesca Garcia, am translating the following document for the Kingdom of the Netherlands and their authorities.

On 01/11/17 at approximately 0900 hours, DANIEL GARCIA came into the Modesto Police Department lobby and wanted to report that his wife, LINDA VAN DER ZANDE, was refusing him contact with his own children. DANIEL has two children, ADRIANA GARCIA and CHRISTOPHER GARCIA with the mother of the children, ANGELICA MINJARES.
In 1996 DANIEL met LINDA VAN DER ZANDE on the Internet, in a Michael Jackson internet fan club chat room. HTTP://WWW.FRED.NET/MJJ
IN 2005, DANIEL GARCIA met LINDA VAN DER ZANDE, and went on a trip with her that lasted for 3 weeks.
DANIEL left the United States in December 2005 and lived with LINDA VAN DER ZANDE in the Netherlands until he returned to Modesto in Sepetember 2006. In 2006, ANGELICA MINJARES was living at 1808 Pepitone Ave #8 in San Jose, California. DANIEL was living at 120 Canal Street in Modesto in 2006.
Daniel was visiting.
DANIEL GARCIA and ANGELICA MINJARES did not have any formal custody paperwork filed detailing the custody of ADRIANA and CHRISTOPHER. ANGELICA MINJARES had been caring for the children solely and the children lived with MINJARES in San Jose from December 2004.
DANIEL talked about taking the kids from MINJARES and moving them to the Netherlands. DANIEL decided to go to MINJARES residence, steal her California identification, and give VAN DER ZANDE, ANGELICA MINJARES stolen drivers license, so they could obtain permission to obtain passports to travel with the children without MOTHER.
In October 2006, Daniel took Angelica and the kids, and her recently born child, BANE FORTIER, to Shakeys. A pizza place in San Jose. Daniel took pictures.
In November 2006, DANIEL went to MINJARES residence in San Jose, asked to visit the children and stole MINJARES’ drivers license while she was not looking. DANIEL, and MARIO GUADALUPE GARCIA, took ADRIANA and CHRISTOPHER from MINJARES and took them back to Modesto.
“I called MINJARES to ask her about the incident, and MINJARES told me she thought DANIEL was just taking the children to get something to eat at Jack in the Box down the street, back in 2006. When DANIEL never returned the children to MINJARES, MINJARES said she went to the San Jose Police Department and wanted to file a report. A report was taken.
VAN DER ZANDE was in Modesto with DANIEL in November 2006 and went to a notary public on Needham Avenue in Modesto, where VAN DER ZANDE pretended to be MINJARES.
VAN DER ZANDE gave the notary public MINJARES drivers license as proof that she was MINJARES. MARIO GARCIA waited in the parking lot in a blue truck.
VAN DER ZANDE, while pretending to be MINJARES, forged a document by signing the name of MINJARES, saying DANIEL had authority to obtain passport paperwork to get the passports expedited for the children and the passports were issued within a few weeks.
In November 2006, VAN DER ZANDE flew back to the Netherlands.
In December 2006, DANIEL GARCIA flew with ADRIANA and CHRISTOPHER to the Netherlands and lived with VAN DER ZANDE and his children. Enrolling them at the local catholic, Maria School.
In May 2007, DANIEL got a phone call from an investigator at the Santa Clara County District Attorneys office. The investigator told DANIEL he needed to return to the United States with the children, or he would face charges of kidnapping. VAN DER ZANDE hired an attorney for Daniel in Monteray, CA for DANIEL in order to file for child custody of the children.
DANIEL returned to Modesto, with ADRIANA and CHRISTOPHER in May 2007, while his attorney assisted him with obtaining full custody of the children. On 24/01/08, child custody stipulation orders were filed, where MINJARES agreed that the children would live primarily with DANIEL, in the Netherlands and MINJARES was given visitation with the children during school breaks.
DANIEL said he lived with the children in Modesto until April 2008, when he, ADRIANA and CHRISTOPHER flew back to the Netherlands to live with VAN DER ZANDE. DANIEL said VAN DER ZANDE had control of and made most of the money in their relationship and supported him and his children. DANIEL got into a fight with VAN DER ZANDE in 2009 and was arrested for domestic battery.

In October 2012, there was an issue with DANIEL’s visa in the Netherlands and DANIEL was told he needed to return to the United States for eight months. ON 29/10/12, DANIEL flew back to the United States and VAN DER ZANDE stayed in the Netherlands with ADRIANA and CHRISTOPHER.
DANIEL says that in June 2013, he got into an argument with VAN DER ZANDE on Viber and VAN DER ZANDE told him he could not come back. It was DANIEL that understanding that the flight had been canceled. V
