personality ➵ Naomi is a hard person to get close to. She has high expectations when it comes to befriending and getting close to people. Due to her choice of friends being subjective, people call her snobby. However, she is kind. She'll be amicable, polite, and chatty with you, but she won't necessarily befriend you.

She's all about keeping a good image and is the type of person to be friendly and happy to someone they dislike but smack talk them behind their back. She's very good at throwing shade at people who piss her off and can literally spit fire - even if she isn't a rapper. Her witty insults are hurtful and cause third degree burns, so most people usually avoid getting her mad.

Naomi likes to act cute and innocent, but she's a beast when angry. To those she's comfortable with, she's not afraid to speak her mind and be violent. It's not hard to get her angry, because this girl will see the nonexistent implications behind what you said, take your words, and then use them against you to make it seem like she has the right to be offended. She can be really manipulative and it makes other people scared of her because of this. Sometimes, she'll just glare at that person and stare into their soul until they look away (witnesses one said that they saw their life flash before their eyes when she glared at them).

Despite her satanic-reminiscent ways, Naomi is a real sweetheart. She's cheerful and kind, often aiding the older ones when they have a problem and taking care of the younger ones. She might get annoyed easily, but she cares about them a lot and it shows in how she tries hard not to snap. When others are sad or down, she's the type to cheer them up and comfort them. She's energetic enough to keep up with the rest of the group, but calm enough so as to not overwhelm. She's very considerate and thoughtful of those she cares about.

No matter how much she says she hates human contact, she actually loves it when people cling to her. She's not afraid to do a lot of fanservice and she's very flirty and suggestive when she's around her group. She fangirls over books and she's very eccentric with her tastes. She is a bit defensive when it comes to people insulting her favorite things and she gets offended when they ask her why she even bothers liking that thing.

Naomi is attracted to adventure and doing active things. She's one to be restless when she isn't constantly moving and she can sometimes tire out some of the girls in the group because she's non-stop. Sometimes she has bouts of random energy spikes and would be uncontrollably hyper and extra for a certain amount of time. In order to find an outlet for all this energy, she often plays sports, games, dance, and cleans. She's not super obsessed with cleaning, but she does like it when things are orderly.

She is quite intelligent. She is very observant and learns about people's behavior quickly. She can sense when any of her members are uncomfortable and is able to quickly change the topic in order for them to feel better. She collects books and she likes to surf the internet to learn about new things. Naomi is also hardworking and always tries to improve in what she lacks. She can be over-competitive and would do anything to get something she really wants. She can get really scary when she's in beast mode (especially when it comes to sports). She isn't the one to be touchy feely and obvious when it comes to showing her care. Rather, she would show it in the way she silently does things for her members and the way she nags and violently hits them. She's very playful with them.

Due to her parents' divorce, she doesn't really want to be close to people in a romantic way. When someone shows interests in her, she acts indifferent and makes them think that she isn't interested when she is. She keeps her problems to herself and gets emotional easily. She takes criticism into account and is very protective of her friends.

Sometimes Naomi can be too critical. She comes off as cold and mean due to her sense of judgment. She also isn't one to stick to commitment. She likes to be free and be her own person and she feels uncomfortable with the idol industry because of this. She's used to saying what she thinks without any thought and she gets tired of trying to be perfect.

Off Stage Persona: Offstage, Naomi is very cheerful, talkative, and almost overbearing. She's dorky, sometimes forgetting what she was saying and just blanking out in general. She's very supportive with her friends and always pays attention to everyone. Sometimes, the tiredness gets to her and she'll be more withdrawn and quiet, but she still makes an effort to be cheery.

background ➵ Naomi was born and raised in Kyoto, Japan by her businessman father and restaurant entrepreneur mother and is the youngest out of their three children. Her father Ranmaru was a busy man and was often absent in her childhood, her mother and older siblings usually the ones to take care of her. Her mother Michiko owned a popular restaurant chain and worked as a chef in their main branch.

When she was nine years old, it was revealed that her father had been cheating on her mother on numerous occasions for the past five years. Horrified, angry, and hurt, her mother quickly divorced her father and won custody over their children. In order to be far away from her husband, Michiko moved to the United States with her children and set up a branch in New York City. Michiko raised a nine year old Naomi and her two older siblings by herself for a while and never remarried.

As a young child, Naomi has always been fascinated with the arts. Though her father's insistence in all his children getting into business, Naomi took after her mother in her passion for arts. Her mother took her to piano and violin lessons when she was around 5 years old. She didn't get into the performing arts until she moved to New York when she was nine years old.

In New York, Naomi was exposed to Broadway and the performing arts. On her sister's seventeenth birthday, her mother took them to the opening of Les Miserables. Fascinated with the performance, Naomi begged her mother to take her to acting workshops and singing lessons. She joined her school's choir and a capella group when she was in high school and joined many school produced plays.

She got casted for SM Entertainment when she was sixteen years old. She was in Los Angeles for an a capella competition with her club when an SM representative approached her due to her visuals. She declined since she wanted to be in Broadway and not in the Kpop industry. However, the rep was persistent and she eventually accepted just to get rid of him. She auditioned during one of the Global Editions and was accepted. She flew to Korea two months later and officially became a trainee.

Before she moved to the United States, was best friends with Hirai Momo. While Naomi focused more on musical instruments, Momo focused on dancing and rapping. They still kept in touch and Naomi visited Momo for her birthday a year before Momo got casted for JYP.

his personality ➵ Hoseok is cheerful, happy, and outgoing. He's literally made of sunshine and happiness and he is so kind and happy that some people are convinced he's the personification of the sun. He's very energetic and he enjoys making other people smile and laugh. He's a very silly and dorky, along with being very bright. He's positive and supportive and he nags like a mother-in-law. He is very playful with those close to him. He's very caring and clingy, but he's endearing.

Despite him being a little childish and loud, Hoseok is actually mature and is capable of being calm. He judges people who are acting weird (even if he is weird himself) and he doesn't tolerate the 95z's bullshit. The other reason why he's the personification of the sun is because he always does his best in his performances and puts his all into his dancing. He burns up the stage with his presence and his level of hotness.

Hobi: His first impression was what everyone first sees Naomi, cheerful, happy, kind, and a little too pure for this world. He was literally cooing at how cute she was and was in awe of her singing. He thought that she was a little delicate sunflower that needed to be coddled. He was a little too open and casual with her since he thought she was very approachable.

Nao: Nao thought he was a little annoying. Even though she's energetic herself, she was uncomfortable with the way Hoseok was so open and was slightly amazed with how someone can be so happy, smiley, and loud. He was very adamant on being friends with her and Nao admired his persistence, something she doesn't have due to her short temper, and just let him be. She got agitated with him, but didn't say it out loud because she liked his optimism.

Beginning - Naomi is a little distant from his, almost indifferent. She's a little annoyed by his extremely outgoing behavior, but she's polite and respectful. She's friendly, as always, but she isn't as open as he is. She admires his persistence to become her friend, but she strictly sunbae-zoned him.

Middle - After maintaining a sunbae-hoobae relationship, Nao is a little more open towards him. She's now willing to be his friend, but she's still hesitant at putting down her walls. She starts being more comfortable with him, showing him a little bit of herself. She slowly starts showing him her "evil" side and is a little more lenient on his clinginess. She tolerates it (and she never admits it, but she craves and likes it). She starts sharing her likes and dislikes and starts being more playful around him.

End - At the end, they've become really close. Hobi now knows how to read her emotions - something even her group finds hard to do. Naomi stops being in denial about hating human contact and starts initiating the skinship between them (privately of course). She's also more prone to make her comments out loud. It's also around this time in which Nao starts to notice growing feelings for Hoseok. She's shier than she would usually be, a little too giggly, and overexcited when Hoseok texts her. When the full force of her feelings hits her, she becomes withdrawn, scared of what happened to her parents would happen to her and denies her feelings for Hoseok. She's skittish around him and colder (at least until Hoseok confronts her about it). After the confrontation, Naomi is more open to the prospect of having relationships. She's still hesitant, but she's slowly getting used to the idea.

Beginning - Hoseok acts like he normally does around her. He's outgoing, cheerful, energetic, and loud. He's attracted to her approachable aura (and her kind smile, but he would never say that out loud - it's too cheesy) and tries his hardest to befriend her. He was a little more friendly, asking her questions specifically and talking to her. He was a little putdown when she sunbae-zoned him, but he was very determined in making her his friend.

Middle - Seeing that Naomi is finally warming up to him, he becomes even closer to her. He goes out of his ways to get her presents and find ways to connect with her and make her smile. He also finds ways to interact and hang out with her, just to be around her. When they're hanging out, he finds an excuse to be close to her and touch her (not in that way, but like to be in close proximity with her). He also secretly looks at her when she's not looking and he finds himself always smiling when thinking of her.

End - Now that they're really close, Hoseok is very sure of his feelings for her. He starts to court her, buying her gifts, asking her out to "hangout". He's really hurt when she starts pulling away from him and when he went to confront her about it, he became even more of a sap for her. He's tentative and attentive during the starting days of their relationship. He's gentle, patient, and doesn't forget to assure her that he's never gonna be like her douchebag dad. He starts to act like those sappy dudes from romance movies, cheesy pickup lines and nicknames that make her laugh, a lot of skinship, he's romantic.
