  10. ======== Rules: ========
  11. 1: No cheating, exploiting game/plugin bugs, ghosting, or use of any other sort of unfair game manipulation to gain advantage on others.
  12. 2: Be respectful to others and refrain from being toxic. Swearing is okay as long as it is not used to insult other members.
  13. 3: Do not cross-team outside of cross-teaming guidelines below.
  14. 4: Do not kill or troll obedient detained personnel.
  15. 5: Do not suicide as <color=#EC2121>SCP 049-2</color>, they are buffed and you might have more fun than you think!
  16. 6: Report any rulebreakers to staff, we will take care of it from there. <b>Staff decision is final.</b>
  17. 7: If you don't like the <color=#EC2121>SCP</color> you spawn as, just use SCP swap!

  19. ======== Cross-Teaming and KOS Guidelines: ========
  20. - <color=#008F1E>Chaos</color> and <color=#EC2121>SCPs</color> <b><u>may NOT team and do not share a win condition.</u></b>
  21. - No human faction other than <color=#00FF58>Serpent's Hand</color> may team with <color=#EC2121>SCPs</color>.
  22. - Mercy is fine once or twice, go separate ways after sparing one another.
  23. - <color=#FFFF7C>Scientists</color> and <color=#FF8E00>Class-D</color> are neutral and may KOS the opposing faction if they wish. <color=#FFFF7C>Scientists</color> may also boss <color=#FF8E00>D-Class</color> around, but they do not have to comply, at the risk of being marked for termination.
  24. - <color=#0096FF>MTF</color> and <color=#5B6370>Guards</color> are encouraged to detain defenseless <color=#FF8E00>D-Class</color>. The same applies for <color=#008F1E>Chaos</color> with <color=#FFFF7C>Scientists</color>.
  25. - Respect surrenders, and do not surrender scum!

  27. ======== Gameplay Changes and Additions: ========
  28. - <b><color=green>Faster respawns! Less time waiting, more time playing!</color></b>
  29. - New items!
  30. - The <color=blue>Micro HID</color> will slowly recharge while not in use!
  31. - <color=#5B6370>Guards</color> can escape to become a <color=#0096FF>MTF Sergeant!</color>
  32. - <color=#0096FF>MTF</color> and <color=#008F1E>Chaos</color> can switch teams if they escape while detained.
  33. - <color=#EC2121>Playable SCPs</color> are locked in until the breach announcement, they can SCP Swap during this time.
  34. - You can risk taking up to 6 candies from <color=red>S</color><color=green>C</color><color=yellow>P</color> <color=blue>3</color><color=orange>3</color><color=#e75480>0</color>, only the first 2 are guaranteed to be safe as usual! There's a 20% chance of losing your hands with every unsafe candy grab. <color=#e75480>Pink candy is also enabled!</color>
  35. - <color=#05C3DD>SCP 914</color> will apply status effects to players who go through it, depending on the setting. Rough kills humans and severely damages SCPs. Very Fine will give you a random anomalous buff!
  36. - <color=#05C3DD>SCP 1162</color> is present in <color=#EC2121>173's</color> chamber, allowing you to trade for items as an alternative to 914! With more quick yet random results.
  37. - <color=#00FF58>Serpent's Hand</color> and the <color=yellow>Global Occult Coalition</color> are new factions! <color=#00FF58>SH</color> helps <color=#EC2121>SCPs</color> while the <color=yellow>GOC</color> is directly against <color=#EC2121>SCPs</color>, assisting the <color=#0096FF>foundation</color>. They will only spawn after enough spawn waves have happened.
  38. - <color=#EC2121>SCP 106</color> can stalk people by double clicking the portal icon, and his recontainment procedure will only be available later on in a round, to balance these changes, the amount of safe pocket dimension exits is increased slightly.
  39. - <color=#EC2121>SCP 049</color> can talk to people to convince them to join the cured, or to help <color=#EC2121>SCPs</color> talk with <color=#00FF58>SH</color>!
  40. - <color=#EC2121>SCP 049 and 049-2</color> have been given <color=blue>HS</color>. <color=#EC2121>049-2</color> can infect enemies on hit and regain armor for it!
  41. - <color=#EC2121>SCP 939</color> has been buffed, and <color=#EC2121>939-53</color> can upgrade into <color=#EC2121>939-89</color> via 914 on Fine!
  42. - Extra round events, spicing up gameplay a little with various facility malfunctions!
  43. - <color=#EC2121>SCP 079</color> has various improvements! He also automatically levels up after enough time, if you are behind!
  44. - Alpha Warhead sequence automatically activates after 25 minutes, to prevent rounds from lasting way longer than they should.
