Character Builder Test

This is a test for a Character Builder that I like. The Character chosen for this test is Trixie. The Currency for this will be Shinies, you start with 3. Any submitted build must have 0 or more Shinies left to be valid. Any left over Shinies Can be used to boost a stat of your choice. Any suggestions are welcome.
