NUSH Chat Rules

Rules:
	1. No spamming
	2. Respect each other (gender equality, no offending religion)
	3. No abusing of administrative power
	4. Mods have to be online at least once a day
	5. No non-NUSH people allowed.
	6. No swearing.
	(please note that some rules have been put into place by warnings of the NUSH discipline people, hence they are automatic.)

Lights out will be at 0000. Lights on time will be 0500.

Consequences for rule violation:
	Spamming: One (1) strike (There are three (3) strikes and one strike regens a day)
	Not being respectful: Two (2) strikes
	Not conforming to lights out for more than three (3) instances: One (1) strike
	De-admining fellow moderator with no valid reason: Valid reason must be presented for charges to be dropped. Else, kick for two (2) days and a vote to continue being moderator
	Kicking anyone with no valid reason: kicked for three (3) days and two (2) strikes when the person is added
	Posting NSFW material: kicked for one (1) week. A vote will be held to decide if the material is considered NSFW. If two mods agree, a kick will occur.

	If three strikes are attained: kicked for one (1) day
    If your strikes get reset after an offense for more than five (5) times, your reset privileges will be removed unless you are kicked. If you are kicked, only then are your strikes reset.

	(Note: Consequences might vary on a case by case basis.
	Rules may be modified if at least two (2) mods and two (2) members of the chat agree.)

Punishments are subject to admins' decision.

Definitions of spam (in this chat):
	- same sticker five (5) or more than five (5) times within one (1) minute
    - very long message (Read More) containing uneducational material

Definition of lights out/on:
	- Lights out time is like off time. If you send messages within this time, you will be penalized.
	- Lights on time is when you can send messages again.

Revoting is done when it is required.

Moderator Overthrow Safety Switch (MOSS, even though there really should be no acronym):
If a moderator is not functioning as they should be, a vote may be held among members of the chat. If at least 2 (three) other moderators and three (3) non-mod members of the chat agree, the moderator may be revoked of their permissions and/or kicked, subject to decision by other mods.

If Jonathan says "...", for 5 minutes, everyone will have the right to swear without getting striked.
