We have a core of player that try to improve and the others who don't give a fuck and wait to be carried, and Tapaz is leaving and we was in this core, so raids will be way more difficult now and that why we need to talk, because if nothing is done, i'll not be able to stay

Bounser wants always run cdruid, but he has no idea how to play it and play it as cranger, we have a bug lake of Gotl cause of that, he run shitty utility skills and play with cheap food

Clown doesn't know how to chrono, he just spamm his skills on C (just check log and compare quick/alac with me/prag/tapaz/nico)

Mitso is just a dead weight, he is lost on every boss and i had to mute him because of his shitty mic (srsly when people hear everything in your house, you use push to talk)

When we fight a boss that requires specific mechanics (Xera, matt, Deimos, etc...) people just don't give a single fuck about mechanics, even if you ask on discord, they don't listen and just spamm their buttons on boss like bots

When we raids, 6 people on 10 NEVER SPEAKS, Tapaz me you and nico are the only one who speaks

I was ok until now because even if we had bad times it was fun to run with you and Tapaz, but since 2weeks you barely don't speak and tapaz is leaving
