- Boyd Montblanc: Hi there.
- Jinsei Silverwing: <*nods*> I'm surprised you're up and it's so late!
- Boyd Montblanc: I was actually just running a quick errand.
- Jinsei Silverwing: Ohh..Well, goodnight!
- Jinsei Silverwing: Hmm...<*looks through store*>
- Jinsei Silverwing: Well Kais, ya ready to go train?
- Kais: Yep
- After buying his brand new scarf, he followed Jinsei to the training grounds. He also managed to get him a pair of air gloves. It oughta help him. "Let's start training Jinsei!" Kais said before getting his magic ready.
- (Kais)
- Ice spiked from the ground as if the snow had it's own mind before the obvious magician came gliding over the mountain on huge ice cubes. Everything melted down once he touched the floor and folded his arms and pointing towards the one which ignored him previously. Jinsei being this person.
- "I challenge you to a duel! You shall not be able to ignore nor deny this time! I shall not allow anyone to ignore my word! Not even those stronger than me! Got it memorized?!"
- Ice started blocking them in, it was like a small arena made from ice to make sure he wasn't going to attempt to run. And then it was time, he awaited for their responsed while his parrot started laughing. It seemed the owner of the parrot was determined as ever.
- (Augustus Pandion)
- Jinsei's attention was turned towards Augustus after he and his friend came out to train around the Vitani manor. He looked towards the person "Oh I remember y', you're the guy who was watching me and Calvin spar.. " he was curious as to what Augustus was going on about, he didn't remember ignoring anyone at the time either.
- As the ice formed around the area, Jinsei took it upon himself to reach the air before such would touch him. Ascending to fly as he said "Why y' comin' out way here mate? " Jinsei thought it'd be wise to assume his Aeolus Tempest stance to this fighters ways. He was the one off the ground with the skies as his ally.
- "Don't know what cha be wantin but this isn't quite the way to approach one older laddy." he spoke with his typical Irish accent.
- (Jinsei Silverwing)
- Kais had gotten in a side seat in the arena cheering for Jinsei and watched as they fought. Kais started punching and kicking the side of the arena. It would regenerate so he could just practice his melee skills with his air gloves. He was grateful that he could train even with the fight going on.
- (Kais)
- With a laugh the youngster would break open the ceiling before smashing himself up with ice. It seemed the skies nor the ground didn't matter much to him. For he wasn't limited to anything.
- Augustus stood there eye in eye with his opponent, folded arms and everything he started to speak while the parrot rested on his shoulder. It seemed the parrot was like his second watcher, he knew what was going on around him even if he didn't see it. For the parrot was trained to inform him when necessary.
- "This isn't my first time challenging you, you ignored me the first time and thus you will pay the price just like your friend soon! Now, let's see who's the strongest here shall we? I shall claim the title of the strongest child of frostvale if you shall lose!"
- (Augustus Pandion)
- He rubbed his head as he replied to the appearing to be mage "I knew no challenge of a kind..Though this will be a first. " he kept his stance steady within the air, he was somewhat tired with it being so late. The young Frostvale lad began to wonder when he said friend .
- "Wait, do you mean Calvin?" he asked , because he as the only one around during their spar. While he assumed this stance, it was time to go back to the right foot ahead . With the blade pointed towards the target. His eyes settled on the older one, Augustus, the fiend had Jinsei wondering what he did to his friend.
- His energy began to spike up, he didn't appear to be one of those guys you could take lightly, despite Jinsei being just nine, he knew just how wrong apearances could be taken for. Inner energy which can be the cause of his ability to surpass his limits at the brink.
- "Well it's a challenge y' surely got, now here I go! UP!" he took flight into the air with great speed, this being the Ascended Tempest formation of his sword stance of this intense battle.
- (Jinsei Silverwing)
- Kais: GO JINSEI!
- Wind started to strike around them before ice broke apart in the arena, everything changed in a colossal scale due to this environment being like his lair. Snow was the thing that he was able to manipulate solely with ice.
- Blocks of ice smashed out of the floor before water surrounded him like a waterfall, this youngster started to show magical potency on a strange level. It was almost like this kid trained for years upon years just to fight, like a battle machine.
- "Let's see how skilled you really are. For you have yet to understand true training. You sometimes have to break bones to get them to endure more, got it memorized?"
- Augustus asked before his parrot started to fly away, knowing what would happen next. Ice smashed from every cube towards his opponent like an airstrike of ice cubes.
- And within his range was then the white haired boy, a danger truly. This tactic was much known to distract anyone really, even those that were able to endure cold temperatures.
- Now, we shall truly see the skill of those two.
- (Augustus Pandion)
- Kais: JINSEII!!!!!!
- Their fight was truly intense but Jinsei most definately had the upper hand in the battle with his air tactics and swordsmenship of his Aeolus Tempest sword stance which proved to be most handy in countering some attacks and utilizing his speed to attack from other angles and striking with more thna just his blade but he utilized magic as well. Jinsei was no ordinary swordsmen, he was a true Hybrid breed of the two.
- He huffed and puffed alittle for a few times as his wisp came descending down . "You said I have yet to understand true training..*huff* you assume I was a simple close range blade master..No, I bring much more.." he says calmly and softly as he catches his breath , having ice on his arms and some parts of his body, but the rising blue flames of his raw energy had brushed that off like fire melting it, instead just heated up energy from the body, pure internal power.
- He soon released his stance, Jinsei was the strongest kid in Frostvale, beating all of the royal families children between Calvin and Regina , along with some others, the child has had yet to taste defeat..Which is what spoiled him sometimes. He had only lost to his teacher, no one else..It was the source of his confidence.
- "I have it memorized...What be your name , willful opponent? The true name you go by?" he asked in a kind tone. He was humble but powerful.
- (Jinsei Silverwing)
- It seemed the opponent was pretty strong, but he did not mind as of now. This was just proof he had to break more bones and force himself beyond his limits even more. When he landed upon the ground he forced himself up by smashing himself on his feet with ice.
- With folded arms he shaked his head, seemingly unscratched the moment he got up. It was almost strange how his regeneration worked. But it was obvious he used some kind of water in his system.
- "I studied you, underestimating you would be impossible by now. I even watched you using it, wasn't that much obvious? Augustus is my name, you probably already knew that either way. Got it memorized? Good."
- And with that the youngster looked over towards the sea while wondering what to do next. He was probably going through a moment of grief, knowing he still had a long way to go. But that was life and he accepted it that way.
- (Augustus Pandion)
- Descending towards the ground he did. Landing softly with the intent of sheathing his sword , holding it on the side of his hip on the right end. Even though he was not in the stance anymore, he still felt as though he was about to move back to the right foot, working on the Aeolus Tempest stance for so long, it became a habbit to young Jinsei, even in this unexpected encounter..
- He didn't have many words left to say ,all the young lad would speak of is the following . "You study people? That...Sounds Cool! Hehe. " he exclaimed while his energy aura faded away into the air, with his eyes faced towards Frostvale, the night skies , he sighed for a moment with a smile, facing the one named Augustus..
- "Though , I have this to say..Thank You.. I enjoyed it, but now I must go check on me friend Calvin and the princess. " he smiles and looks towards Kais wondering if he'd be coming along, he gave a warm smile to Augustus, little kids like him who were wise and kind were worthy of kingship in the eyes of most. He took off his headband and placed it aside in his pouch. He was surprised no one came about from the blue as hell no where.. He held his forging stone , it glew a bright gold color.
- He had alchemy training to do..
- ~Envoy Of The Tempest~
- (Jinsei Silverwing)
- Augustus nodded while smashing up in the skies along with his parrot. It seemed no words were spared but a wave to the lad. But there was much more on his mind currently, he had to train the old way.
- Mostly this old way was performed through extreme pain, one that wouldn't permanently do anything but force regeneration of the body through water. This included healing himself and breaking himself apart, it was like reconstruction of the human body.
- This was also how he knew how to use water magic so well, as he was training this way at a very young age without anyone knowing. Many more ways were known by him, this was just the way that he was capable of disciplining himself.
- As legends, leaders, emperors, and great regents aren't often known for their sweet behavior, but their harsh and often necessary tactics for the world. Revolutionary, was the word here.
- (Augustus Pandion)
- (AND SOON RIGHT AFTER AN HOUR OR SO!)
- Jinsei Silverwing: Right!
- It was about that time where Kais and Jinsei would begin their training together, Jinsei knew that he needed help improving his skills, to Jinsei it was never truly about power but rather the mind set and how to utilize their abilities and skills. With Jinsei being strong enough to make a wild dragon submit after defeating it or a few. Now was in a soon to be battle with Kais.
- He smiles at the guy, he soon assumed the stance of the Aeolus Tempest once more, this time with the left foot, meaning he'd focus more on dodging and his speed of timing to counter his opponent. The young Frostvale lad placed his left foot as the leading foot and his right behind the foot of which he'd recover from and land on when he needed a powerful counter.
- Jinsei looked at Kais waiting for him to take a stance to do this, for Jinsei this was an open moment to develop his stance once more. A stance in which case he'd like to make traditional for Frostvale humans and dragons alike. His wisp just floated about around him for support; the winds the guidence of Jinsei's swordsmenship abilities.
- (Jinsei Silverwing)
- Still like that, Kais asked Jinsei to fight him. He accepted and so it was time to test Kais' skills. He wouldn't stop fighting until he's satisfied and Jinsei said that Kais would be a good member of the Wingless.
- Kais shivered due to the cold, and he was only going to use a few spells, and use his new air gloves. Kais smiled as a way of saying good luck, though Kais himself was the one who needed the good luck.
- He jumped quite a lot, to basically give him momentum and strength in his legs. Kais quickly charged away from Jinsei, as he knew that Jinsei would use his gravity pull on him, unless je assumed a different stance.
- Kais only hoped he would get some lucky hits on Jinsei, as that would be the only way to beat him. Kais wouldn't be satisfied with just one match though, and neither would Jinsei.
- Jinsei sometimes uses the winds to his own advantage, so keeping this in mind, he wanted to mess up the momentum of Jinsei using his own wind. Jinsei himself uses wind magic, too. Kais was aware of this, and he wouldn't let Jinsei get back his balance, at least he would try.
- (Kais)
- Their little spar went on for a longer time than the last round the battled each other in, Jinsei was going easy on him to see where his strengths lied, and what he needed to improve on, it looked like Kais flaw was his foot work and his timing of when he'd strike his attacks.
- To Jinsei, it was all in slow movements, his eyes and senses being so adept to certain fighters by now that he was able to keep up without having to rush so much towards them, which lead to the same victory he had with many previous foe. He told the friend.
- "Try harder and focus, you lack foot work and timing, I've noted that you've tried to rush in your attacks, but never consider the possibilities of me countering them with a stronger magic or attack.. You must be able to predict what's going to happend y' know?" he says to Kais, this was like the training he got from Boyd and the Queen.
- Both Boyd and the Queen Elizabeth were both right and in each fight, Jinsei learned alittle bit more about fighting and tactics to develop as he grew. Who knows, he may be able to lead an army if he keeps it up!
- (Jinsei Silverwing)
- Kais got distracted by a dragon heading their way, it went off course and went the other way but by the time that happened, Jinsei had already got his arm. It hurt but Kais managed to use his wind abilities to hit Jinsei quite a bit.
- Though it was like that, Kais had lost. He wasn't satisfied. He knew that there was gonna be another fight and Kais is not gonna get distracted this time. He didn't like the way that he got distracted so bad.
- Kais had got angry with himself. Since it was his fault that Jinsei got the first strike, which is always a head start. Kais had recovered very quickly, and Jinsei had seemingly lost a little bit of his stamina.
- This may or may not be an advantage but he took Jinsei's advice. Too bad Kais only had medium or close range attacks. This time he got his feet steady in the ground, ready for taking of when Jinsei comes at him.
- He looked for a weak point on Jinsei. He seemingly cannot change directions when dashing, and that was the time Kais had to strike. Kais smiled, but then went back into having a serious face. Kais was gonna do better this time!
- (Kais)
- Jinsei Silverwing: Hm..
- Jinsei Silverwing: <*casually hops away*>
- Kais: D-Did I do better..?
- Jinsei was beginning to notice another flaw in Kais tactics, he did alittle better, but what he was doing made it too obvious for Jinsei to simply avoid his attacks for a longer time period until he was drained of enough mana to make a better string of attacks, with this Jinsei ended the spar swiftly once he lead Kais right into his trap, utilizing his intense speed to dash through him dealing direct damage while yelling.
- "Tempest Pathway!" this being the finishing move otherwise known as fatal dash to most. Jinsei went to help up his friend and partner before syaing to him, not in a mean or lecture like voice but in a rather calm and advising tone.
- "You expell too much of your energy on the hurricane thing..If I can see it, I will do my best to avoid it for the damage it can deliver y'know.. Avoid it long enough for ya to run out of energy faster..Don't waste your time chasing folks with such a big attack, only use it at the right times...BUT..If you do plan on using it always, I would say you'd be greater if you learned something like cosmic magic to recharge your pools of energy...I believe a elder would say that old geezer stuff haha.." he joked around a bit with the tone, but he was serious about what he said.
- (Jinsei Silverwing)
- Kais: Alright...
- Kais: What should we do now?
- Jinsei Silverwing: Return home to central for rest.
- Jinsei Silverwing: We've trained enough today.
