Custom design A4 graphics

Given a ebook name, and my onepage "Red, White and Black" line drawing
about a particular ebook scanned to you in a A4 sheet of paper
as the "A4 summary of this ebook", what would be your cost
to have prepared an illustrated view of any minimal drawings
I use? I may use a "NOTE" or "EXCLAMATION" for example.

This I will hand-draw with appropriate legible text in the A4 sheet of paper.

Can you direct me to someone who can do this? Or you would like to try your hand at this?
What would be my price given no more than one revision allowed,
I dont need any .PSDs and it will be A4 size, Black and white, not color.
I just need certain parts illustrated graphically rather than a hand-doodled diagram.

If you say okay, I can send you a sample so you can see if this is something you would like to do yourself.
