- Welp, it looks like the Cum Volume / Holy Grail Thread died. This is my attempt at a revival.
- My recommendation on the Holy Grail, every day take:
- 1. Soy Lecithin - 1200 mg x2
- Single most important additive for volume increase. If nothing else, take this religiously. You may be able to increase dosage after some time as well.
- 2. Pygeum - 100 mg x3
- This can rapidly and greatly increase precum. Minimally increases cum.
- Get it WITHOUT Saw Palmetto, a common additive that has next to no benefit, unrelated to volume improvement, and has some possible negative side effects.
- 3. Zinc 50 mg x1 or x2
- DO NOT take more than the recommended dosage. This supplement is vital to sperm production. Most people get enough zinc with a balanced diet. Taking more zinc than necessary will not equate to more sperm; this supplement just makes sure your body makes as much as it naturally can rather than being short in one key area.
- Other drugs / supplements that may or may not be beneficial:
- 1. Amino acids (L-Arginine, Taurine, Cysteine)
- Effects on sexuality are highly indirect. Certainly not going to give you the results of the other supplements.
- 2. Maca
- Frequently expensive, the multiple sub-species/variants have different effects and are hard or impossible to distinguish until you open up the product. Again, results are substantially less than other products.
- 3. Horny Goat Weed
- Likely able to help Erectile Dysfunction, but unrelated to volume.
- Whatever you decide to take, you will need to take it diligently for about two weeks straight. You can easily find everything at Amazon.com.
- I've had approx. a 25-50% volume and maybe 25% sensitivity or pleasure increase. Any other reports from /d/?
