Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories Baton Pass FAQ (15-card mod)

Q: What are you trying to do?
A: Beat the 15-card mod of Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories with this rule: Once you have played a monster in a campaign duel, you cannot play it in any future duels. This forces you to use a variety of monsters to beat the game.

Q: What are you playing on?
A: ePSXe, an emulator for PS1 games.

Q: What is the world record?
A: I just made up this category, so no one has completed a run of it.

Q: What's the route like?
A: Lots and lots of farming, and using weak/obscure monsters whenever possible. For example, I'll use <1000 ATK Thunder monsters to beat the Ocean mages. I want to save my strongest monsters (2500+ ATK) for the Final 6, where it's harder to win and more costly to lose. Full route here: https://pastebin.com/h15x7rAs

Q: Why is it called Baton Pass?
A: This category was inspired by Baton Pass speedruns in Pokemon, where you have to use a different Pokemon to beat each gym leader and Elite Four member. Baton Pass is a move that switches the user out for another Pokemon.
