INTRODUCTION
This is the program, I have developed for the Republican Party, not to win One Election but 100 Elections and to be the dominant political party in MN for many years to come for our Children and Grandchildren. I am tired of the Political defeat of Governor, US Senate Attorney General, Ilhan Omar and US Congress. Let’s start with the problem.

Money & Messaging

PROBLEM:
1.) Funding Democrats have Unions/ ongoing Income. Republicans have nothing like that and have been outspent. We need to eliminate the Gap in Fundraising.
2.) The Democrats have and better communication. And this is a huge tactical advantage. I aim to fix that, as they try to exploit it. We need to shorten the Gap in communication.
3.) The Democrats are more organized and have better messaging, and more organized active volunteers.

I will give an overview then focus specifically in detail on each segment



Communication, Volunteerism, Education and Funding:
COMMUNICATION:
1st Priority first 60 days Buzz 360. Minnesota has 67 Senate Districts and only about half have it
We need the other half to be able to be on the same page, as chair, I will have every SD on line with communication and training within 60 days, the state party will pay for it and with quantity discount I’ve already negotiated and will be about half the price. This is most necessary. We will do monthly teaching training and best practices…
VOLUNTEERISM: We will organize our volunteers in a way that has never been done, this will help all of our endorsed candidates all over the state to WIN. We will take our gloves off, fight back and be aggressive in a way never thought about before where we will be able to rally our people at a moment’s notice and have the entire party PUSH Together.
FUNDING:
Let’s face it the Democrats are like sheep, they do everything they are told, they give money blindly.
We Republicans are like Eagles, and Eagles don’t flock together. However, we need to at least fly in formation, in the same direction and with the same messaging. I have developed multiple ways to make this possible.
Democrats have unions that give money monthly, consistently & without end. At this point we have no mechanism to match this money. I’ve given us an opportunity to draw the distance closer in fundraising with a program called Win One or W1N.

The Democrats have had advantages over us and the have exploited our weaknesses. We will strengthen them, and go on the attack. We will not let them keep sniping at our candidates.
1.)   Technology: We need to build our technology. Buzz 360 is the team I have communicated with and we will employ to every SD to counter the Democrats. This will be funded by the State party for four years. Their communication structure is superior to ours. This is an essential building block for communication, education, planning, strategizing and helping our candidates win.
2.)    Outreach: we need inner City and multicultural outreach. There is one million people of color that have been ignored. After the 2018 beat down, we need to reach these people groups. This is where we lost statewide elections and almost all R-House seats 18. Do NOT be mistaken, the Democrats have setting their strategic plan to win the MN Senate in 2020.
3.)   Volunteering: set a priority on helping our candidates. We will list all volunteers in every district that campaigns can call upon. Volunteers for parades, demonstrations and or fundraisers. Have all addresses available for sign locations, so candidates don’t have to spend time seeking them out, this will give our candidates a leg up.
4.)   Fundraising: we will make accessible to candidates the fundraising lists from their districts to help fund their campaigns.
5.)   W1N: program from fundraising, the Ground game of bringing new people to the party. If every R- Voter won, one person to our party, we would be the majority.
6.)   Teaching and training: with our new technology, best practices will be done monthly, again these sessions will be recorded and archived for access by new leaders who have not had the training.
7.)   Push Back: As chair, the Democrats will have a full court press on them, continually. When Baby Killer Tina Smith remarks or Ilhan Omar, We will be on it immediately pushing back.
8.)   All State Central Delegates will Retweet Chairs Tweet daily. Plus re-share Facebook post daily, and re-share Instagram Post daily. Hundreds of shares per day on each platform will increase the algorithm and the weight of the message and the pushback daily will be magnified.
