Ooko is an assassin, and amongst the cream of the crop. Everything, from the name of her organization to the unblemished white of her uniform, stands as a statement about her skill. Arguably the colder, crueller half of the Oomagatoki duo, Ooko plays on her sweet looks to gain people's trust- only to cut them down where they stand without a moment's hesitation.

Fortunately for the rest of the world, Ooko is no mindless killer. She has a code, albeit a simple one: if someone has paid for your death, she will ensure your days are numbered. As a rule, she observes her victim for a while to analyze their behavior and conjure up a plan. Clever and calculating as she is, this does not tend to take a lot of time. She does, however, vary the manner of death depending on the crimes of the victim. Someone she perceives as neutral or even good will receive a swift death. Someone who represents extreme greed or unnecessary cruelty will die a long, torturous death. She is aware of the inherent hypocrisy in this, but ultimately indifferent towards it.

Although her natural personality is characterized by&nbsp;by bluntness and completely unfiltered, often sardonic, remarks, her ability to read and understand people allows her to copy their behavior to an impressive extent.&nbsp;Ooko&nbsp;is a genius of observation, and has perfected the skill of reading people to the point where she seems clairvoyant, similar to how a mentalist might operate.&nbsp;

Ooko&nbsp;rarely loses her temper. Her own enemies are either out of reach are already dead, and she has made peace with the fact that she may never have her vengeance. She has decided to take a more pragmatic stance by always looking towards the future, and how she and Washi may improve their own position in it. That said, she dislikes taking unnecessary risks, and if you happen to cross her, keeping you alive might be&nbsp;just&nbsp;such a risk.

<b>Strengths:&nbsp;</b>The ultimate attack. Ooko can form glass crystals, showers, projectiles, etc. If an attack is blocked, the glass shatters into a million pieces and cuts whatever it touches.

<b>Weaknesses:&nbsp;</b>Low defensive ability. Ooko can harden the glass into defensive shields or domes, but doing so costs too much chakra to be efficient in battle, because it lowers her ability to strike back.&nbsp;Therefore, she always fights with the intention of finishing it quickly.

Oomagatoki consists of Washi and Ooko (at the moment, that is), and is a fearsome assassin duo. Owls that are bound to the Oomagatoki scout the area for any potential clients. Once a client has been found, they are kidnapped and brought to a random place under an illusion in which the client can only hear the voices of the assassins. There, a deal is struck, and the client is then safely returned to where they were before, as if it were all just a dream. Besides them is a glass owl with either gold or silver markings, depending on who decided to take their request. Naturally, their services don't come cheap.

The Oomagatoki have sworn an oath of secrecy, meaning that they won't rat a client out, unless their trust has been broken. If they are fed false information or otherwise betrayed, the least of your concerns will be others finding out you tried to hire an assassin. Welcome to the list.</blockquote>
