There is one thing I'm gonna probably force Taylor to do, and that's removal of them in Mono leadership come FT.

have alotta
"groups"
who only stick up for each other
as I said my personal opinion is the most neutral staff are waffle, sheriff and Llenne (maybe not so much Llenne but they try to more than everyone else to treat all the player equal)
there's also like
jobs and events
no one cares to just slap together quick jobs
its basically a war of who can one up the last insanely long s2rp job
and pay the least
and get away with it

Omni: May have to enforce an event quota
Darthfreeman: Freestalker does do it well
he does s2k and s2rp i believe
and he doesnt do insanely large stuff
everyone thinks too big scale on their events
so they're so rare due to it
im not saying hand out free money
but a 3 hours to s2rp 12 snorks is fucking insane
and will kill anyone's will to rp
