  38. [div style="font-size:9px;"][font face="times new roman"][i]Please note: grades are not about the best caster or the person with the most natural talent; I am interested in seeing how much you've improved in a lesson. If you enter my lesson already able to cast a spell and by the end of that lesson you're still casting to the same ability, then you have taken nothing away from the class. Lessons are not about being able to do the bare minimum, they are about self-improvement. Use your time with me as a Professor wisely so that you may improve; after your education at Hogwarts, you will rarely find yourself in an opportunity where you can so freely reach out for tutelage. Do not be disheartened if you do not achieve an Outstanding in my class, for these are rare. I will always be willing to bump grades, however, should you attend further tutelage on the subject and show improvement, as well as completing homework or extra credit.[/i][/font][/div][/div][/div][/div][/div]
