DRAFT FULL ACCOUNTING AUDIT AND LEGALY SIGNED OF STATEMENT TO FOLLOW SOON

Guys this is for the record and to set some things straight regarding what was said about me from a FAKE PROFILE to stir the pot in this attempted mutiny and deflect blame.

FACT 1
I was NOT a director or a signatory on any bank accounts while the WORLD ROADSHOWS where happening, the day to day running of the company fell onto Grant WHYBURN and he was a director on ALL 3 companies.

FACT 2 (Solutions)
Solutions is an off shore TURK ISLAND company with a HSBC bank in HONG KONG, John Forrester was the sole director & Grant WHYBURN came on as a signatory on the 18th Feb and all mail is sent to 112 Arden St Coogee they have control of Solutions (I am NOT and have never been a signatory), from the apx 3m raised by Elisian $1m went there, this was not for TAX avoidance but ASSET PROTECTION, I’m not sure what that account did in the past but I was told had been operating 17 years and was Johns SAFE HAVEN.

Fact 3
Bartercoin Exchange LTD (the exchange) was changed from RENTIER CO LTD and GRANT WHYBURN was made a director so he could go on the bank accounts to secure the funds, and I asked him to do this as I believed Grant to be ANAL at the time and it was even his nickname.

Dr Patrick Antoine became Guardian at our Gala event after I made him aware of a potential FRAUD using the RESERVE BANK of Trinidad. Given that Patrick had said he was the personal ADVISOR to 7 prime ministers I felt he could best handle the situation, then once some improprieties were found, Dr Patrick Antoine engaged a solicitor (I will publish this SOLICITORS REPORT as part of my official statement later).

I asked for the EXCHANGE to be locked as I could no longer guarantee it’s SECURITY of funds, this was done and I copped backlash.

Fact 4
Elisian Holdings Pty Ltd
Grant WHYBURN & James Boxell were directors and signatories although 99% of transaction from the company were done by Grant (AN EX licensed FINANCIAL PLANER with 12 years banking history), and Jim was only there to oversee things and keep an eye on it, Jim paid the AMEX or bills and would be responsible for 5-10% of any money transferred.

As Grant and Jim had been in business previously with me and knew I was Generous to a fault and at times could spend too much Grant stood up and both respected my voluntary position of not dealing with FINANCES and just being the FOUNDER, with Grants eagle eye (nickname ANAL) and the TRUST of JB I felt safe.

For the record, every cent spent from Elisian can be vouched for, there was NOTHING wrong (at this stage) there are a few transactions of Grants being checked but ALL of Jim’s have stood up to forensic investigation.

Another important note although Elisian received apx $3,000,000 the amount for paid up capital by BCEL from sale of coins ALL these coins LEGALLY were owned by myself and transferred from my wallet and I have every email to prove same.

Even though this money was LEGALLY mine every cent was spent on the project or to support the project.

I am still owed money by Elisian as I have even put my own funds in to make this work as it is STILL my LEGACY.

I don’t think a lot of you understand this is where I decide who is a real friend or who is not.

If you invest in a penny dreadful stock or RIPPLE at $4-5 what’s the difference, or even that USI that you touted (total con) you all lost your money.

I have put in my own betting firm and technology to build a gambling coin ZIPETT, I’ve then said to EVERYONE (that wasn’t hostile) if you want I’m happy to switch you over BUT if anytime in the next 6 months I can sort out BART you can switch back into it, that’s it I can’t do more than that.

What is being done to me for financial gain is ABHORRENT, the people involved all are mid aged people with minimal or NO ASSETS, I’ve lived in the same house for 30 years.

As for claims of gambling the money sent to Townsville casino was to draw out in CASH (and yes I used ID so not hiding this), and this money was money that was NOT INVESTORS MONEY, although SOLUTIONS was probably used in the past for tax evasion I only used it for ASSET PROTECTION, it was always said even in minutes that we had to pay CASH for a lot of the gaming stuff and in London I gave most of that cash to the people causing this drama and was drawing cash in Townsville to buy BTC for the GAMING project as it was owed to me.

My vision HAS NOT CHANGED and this is my LEGACY and I will make it work, if under a new name with GAMING under the brand ZIPETT or as a joined force if I can get the 950m coins held by SOLUTIONS for asset protection.

I WONT LOSE as there are people I care about, family and friends, I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE and want everyone who trusted in my vision to be looked after
