	-100 DEF Monster in DEF
	-1500 DEF Monster Set
	-1 Continuous or Field Card (non flood-gate)
	-1 Set Do-Nothing Trap
	-1 Set Do-Nothing Spell
	-No cards can have any effect that effect other cards (after the start of the next turn)
	-Board has to be (roughly) exact at the start of the next turn
	-Other player's hand and deck has to remain completely in-tact
