Hisame's Blood

Reasoning: Hisame's test with Bridgette and Sherbet has gone exceedingly well. They both survived her blood and she needed another way to keep them in check. Her blood would mean life or death for them if they deemed to defy her but with the washing of their brain highly potent, it didn't seem like they would at any point. Bridgette was a success and failure as she was too weak. Hisame had better sights on Sherbet and could now take the castle that she owned for herself. It was definitely coming together.

TLDR: With Mori's guidance with Grimoire's, Hisame has decided it was her turn to try it out and to definitely see if it'd tie in with her blood's mind trick. If it was possible, this would be a breakthrough in her experiments.

Hisame would just have to capture and secure more people she deemed worthy of joining her cause. Even if it meant forcing people she'd rather see at the bottom of her shoe. They'd be led by her anyways.
