>Be talking to an elf coworker or yours
>Asking her how the best way to approach the boss about getting her number is
>She finally convinces you to simply go up and ask her
>Thank her for being such a helpful friend ,she starts drinking from her flask, before leaving the break room to talk to your boss in her office
>You find her pouring over some reports on you and a couple other coworkers and start to ask for her number.
>She cuts you off before you can even ask her, simply saying no get back to work, and that she'll talk to you about your raise once she figures out how much you and everyone else is getting
>She refuses to listen to your protests and orders you out of her office before you can finish explaining herself
>You return to your cubicle and decide not to join the drinking group tonight.
>The harpy from 2 floors up is the only one who notices your absence at the bar.

>"Remember WHAT?", she was positively seething, for once you could actually see the trademark crimson eyes of a vampire. Sadly it only made her more attractive.
>It was at this moment when your new boss decided to intervene, her feathers quite ruffled over the treatment of her underlings. "He's not your subordinate anymore, I had him transferred over here last week."
>Your old boss, Olivia, whirled around, glaring at your new one, "And just who authorized that?"
>"You did", she replied rather smartly, "Or did you not bother to read any of the things I sent you regarding our need for his skills on this floor?"
>"N-no"
>"Well, that's too bad, I'm his manager now and I won't accept you coming up here and berating my employee for not showing up to do work he no longer has to do; now unless you have some personal request of him I suggest you turn arround and walk away."
>The vampire stared at the harpy, still desperately trying to think of some way out of this; wether he really liked her or not she had grown rather attached to him and hated the she had now lost him. "U-um yes, I'll need him to drop by my home later this evening so he can help me plan for the christmas party."
"Sure I'll come by around 7, assuming you aren't going to jump down my throat again."
>"Not down your throat", she mumbled bbefore storming off and allowing you to return to your break.
