Timby Chili Recipe

Okay, so, just to make my recipe easier to read for Lurd's judging:

Powder:
3 dried anchos, 5 dried arbols, 2 fresh poblanos
Whole cumin seeds, toasted
Dried garlic
Dried oregano
Dried onion

Chili: Powder, plus:
1lb ground beef
1/4 pound chorizo
One can crushed tomatoes
Freshly diced tomatoes
Four heads minced garlic
One minced ghost pepper
Diced red onion
Buffalo Wild Wings Spicy Garlic sauce
Valentina hot sauce
One bottle of O'Doul's Amber beer
