basic patern of odd offencive stats

WHAT?: there is a patern that is easy to follow:
every offencive poke that had NO boost and has stats in the range of 5-17 ( i don't see hhy you would go to 5 but anyway)
and no inside boosts like LO, refridgerate, reckless etc what all influance this natural patern ... again as i said it's a useless thign to know cause it's highly impractical situation but common range

aka this is a very small space we are talking about: evio opponant and a user with attack between 5-17 because his is the range were you can make no-difference and talk about odd-offencive stats
