  1. An anomaly in that she's the only Servant whose weaker? Like the Grail can perfectly materialize all the power of Herc, but it just can't do that with Altria?

  3. The atmosphere thing was an example. Either way, I'm of the radical opinion that destroying a mountain by punching it as a child is more impressive than, counting in boosts from Mad Enhancement, destroying a house by punching it as an adult is.

  7. And there are heroes that didn't have a Noble Phantasm in life, because it's an embodiment of something they did. There's no need to address it, because Noble Phantasm abilities are static and thus don't have any bearing on the 'were they stronger in general' thing.

  10. Only there is. Cu with all his shit is probably at an advantage to Cu with less of his shit. Servant Cu doesn't have all his shit. Living Cu did. That's kinda how it works. Remember what I said? Staging Ground and great Masters are meant to de-nerf the Servant, that's why Staging Ground gives a Servant more Noble Phantasms.

  12. Feat-based Noble Phantasms are certainly a thing, but as the hero could achieve those feats in life there's no valuable distinction.
