  32. I've orders two same mobile phone Redmi 5A on same date from different
  33. account but there is one mobile was white display and second mobile was
  34. yellow display.
  35. flipkart / MI does not mentioned two types of display variant on mobile
  36. phones. I'm satisfied with white display but not satisfied yellow display
  37. mobile.
  38. Flipkart is scheduling technical visit but the technical executive doesnot
  39. find any fault in phone and he closed the request. so seller is not
  40. approving the return/refund.
  41. I dont want this issue to be in loop, i need exact solution for my query.

  44. According to standardisation of your product if you have two variant
  45. display phone for MI 5A you should clearly mention in product description
  46. as it was not mentioned in product description or product box, I request
  47. you to provide the white display phone anyhow or refund my money.
