PMS session 30

<Halifax> [Scenes happen in town between Ariel and Halifax and a Doctor. And after some good and some bad news, the two of them return towards camp... Ariel seems tired and is dazing off. She might just sleep the rest of this day away. Meanwhile, Allison happens on the pair, and they rush back to camp.]
* Halifax rides into camp in a rush, apparently timmy... ummm Evone was trapped in a well.... ummm hole.
* Evone is sulking over by her tent. Apperently the problem was solved.
* Halifax rides to a sudden halt. But there is Evone...
* `Ellisa finally finishes up tha cleaning duty, she smiles upon seeing Captain however.
<Halifax> Oy!
* Halifax dismounts.
* [Rut]Allison smiles upon seeing Ellisa.
<Halifax> Did you guys miss me?
<Evone> "Cap'n!?"
* Evone rushes over and hugs Halifax
<[Rut]Allison> Ah, but what is a crew without it's captain? A pity you didn't return sooner. Quite a night, 'twas.
* Halifax puts a hand into to her tangled hair and rubs her head...
* `Ellisa frowns upon seeing Allison though..
<Evone> "I though' ye wuz gone fer!  I wuldnt know wut ta do wif myself with ye out of tha picture."
<Halifax> I'll take that as a yes...
* [Atai]Emily wraps her arms around Priss, from behind.
<[Atai]Emily> I missed you.
* Halifax woah~
<Halifax> E-emily...
<Evone> "eh?"
* Evone steps back and scratches her head
* Halifax feels a pang of guilt for keeping secrets. Her smile wavers a tad before returning to full.
<Halifax> I'm glad to be back...
<Evone> "I got this newfangl'd hat thingy, cap'n.  I think i's magic."
<Halifax> Well isn't that something?
* Halifax says in the manner where you can't tell if she just doesn't care or believes you entirely.
<`Ellisa>  Shit ain't worth the trouble for all I know..
<Halifax> Elli', anything noteworthy happen while I was gone?
<[Atai]Emily> ...Is everything all right?
<`Ellisa> A-ah! Uhm.. we ran into some minor things but it's all taken care of capt'n!
* `Ellisa salutes.
* [Rut]Allison raises an eyebrow. Something about Halifax...
<[Rut]Allison> Indeed, it's hardly fair to keep an eager audience waiting, captain. What news?
* Halifax whispers into Emily's ear "Not everything. We'll talk later about it later..."
* [Atai]Emily nods quietly.
* Halifax turns to Allison
<Halifax> Well I'm as healthy as a horse and as strong as an ox!
* Halifax hefts Evone into the air to make said point
<Evone> "Wot happen'd to ye?  I almost got deathly cold me'self- ah!"
* Evone flails a little bit
* [Atai]Emily laughs.
* `Ellisa chuckles upon seeing this rather lighthearted scene perhaps having her back was a good thing....
<Halifax> We made it to town before the storm hit. I hope it wasn't so bad here.
<Evone> "Oh it wuz terrible.  I thought I wuz gonna die."
* Dune has joined #PirateMeidoSaga
* Halifax sets Evone down
<Halifax> Well I'm glad you're okay...
<[Rut]Allison> Heh. Well, there was nothing to fear.
* Evone picks her headdress off the ground and puts it back on
<Evone> "I feel like I culd take grapeshot wiff this on!"
<`Ellisa> Ah.. we're runnin' low on supplies though cap'tn so we'll need to return to town soon.
<Halifax> hmmm...
<[Rut]Allison> A little ice won't harm a band like this. Not with an old hand like me around.
<Evone> "So we gonna git sumwhere warmah and git sum real swag now, roight cap'n?"
<Halifax> Well the earth will provide. We can scavenge  what we need, doesn't look to be much further from what the map says... And yeah, we'll definitely pick somewhere less cold for our next trip...
<Evone> "Good.  I dunno if I'll feeling my feet fer a week after this.  Jumpin in a firah prolly culdnt warm me up enuff."
<`Ellisa> How far are we from our next spot?
<Halifax> We can probably make it to the next town if we head out now. I here it's famous for it's hot springs...
<Halifax> Treasure looks to be buried on the outskirts of the town...
* Dune has quit IRC
<[Rut]Allison> Heh. And they say the -land- makes you soft... Thankfully, you won't find a more well-rounded treasure hunter than me.
<Evone> "Hot is all I needed ta 'ear!"
* `Ellisa eye's brighten.
<`Ellisa> About damn time!
* [Atai]Emily grins.
<[Rut]Allison> That treasure is as good as mine! Er, which means yours, by extension, of course~
<[Atai]Emily> I've never been on this sort of thing before. I'm looking forward to it...
<[Atai]Emily> Any sort of idea what it is?
<Evone> "So are we foot sloggah it?"
* [Rut]Allison looks at Evone.
<[Rut]Allison> ...What?
* Halifax put a finger in her ear to dig something out...
<`Ellisa> We got our horses yknow...
* Halifax flicks out some wax...
<Halifax> [By the way, the horses are awesome. Not only do they manage to survive the storm, they apparently took care of themselves too! (Actually Tony did all the work...)]
<Evone> "They're okay?  Oh perfect!
<Halifax> Everyone mount up, and move out!
<[Rut]Allison> Onward, then.
* Halifax laughs and gives Emily a peck on the cheek before mounting her own horse.
<Halifax> I'm sure you'll all want to be in real beds before nightfall.
* Evone mounts a horse
<Evone> "Damn straight."
<[Atai]Emily> Most certainly!
* [Atai]Emily ensaddle-ifies
<`Ellisa> ...fuck.. yes.. Thank you.
* `Ellisa hops on and pulls Dani's horse along with hers, can't forget about our own god child now.
* [Rut]Allison saddles up.
<Evone> " 'ey Elli."
<`Ellisa> ...yeah?
<Evone> "Sorrah aboot befer.  I'll make it up ta ye."
<Halifax> [The group saddles up, etc.. and files out of camp... They still converse from saddle as they make there way. The group is in transit.]
<`Ellisa> Hmph... dun think too much of it...
<Evone> "Ye sure?  I'll do it roight now."
* `Ellisa looks at Evone..
<`Ellisa> hmm?
* Evone nods in Allison's direction
* `Ellisa smirks.
* Evone smiles
<Evone> "So ye want it?"
<`Ellisa> Do it and I'll give ya few gold coin fer ya trouble.
* Evone grins and then rides up to Allison
<Evone> "Oi friend.  So we'll see ye treasah huntan magic?"
<[Rut]Allison> We'll see, won't we?
<Evone> "Wanna show us roight now?  'ow about I give ye sumthin ta track down?"
* Evone pulls out a coin and flips it
<[Rut]Allison> Hmmm? What's this about?
* Evone flips again
<Evone> "If ye git tha item ye can keep it.  Fun game eh?"
* Evone swipes at Allison's shirt but slips on her horse
<Evone> "Whoa!  I'm not that good at this!"
* Evone flails to sit back up
* [Rut]Allison eyes Evone for a moment severely... then snatches the coin out of the air mid-toss while distracting her with eye-contact.
* `Ellisa facepalms...
* [Rut]Allison looks down behind her at Evone as she rides on.
<[Rut]Allison> Oh, looks like I got the item. That was fun~ Let's play again some time. So long as you know who you're dealing with...
* Evone seems to struggle to keep control of her horse and nearly rides into Allison
* [Rut]Allison pockets the coin.
<Evone> "Stuipd animal!"
<`Ellisa>  Don't blame the animal...
* Evone falls off towards Allison and graps at anything to keep her from falling
* Evone haphazardly graps onto the other horse
<Evone> "Damn it..."
* [Atai]Emily is oblivious to all this because of all the hoofbeats and whatnot, not because she's a jerk.
* [Rut]Allison pretends she didn't feel or hear Evone. And is suddenly taken with the urge to go faster. Yep.
<Evone> "Damnit!"
* `Ellisa sighs and steps up the pace.
* [Rut]Allison flicks the reigns and taps her heels, prompting the horse to begin to run.
* Evone tries to climb up but falls off
* Evone rolls on the ground
<Evone> "Oi fuck!"
* [Rut]Allison 's horse kicks up a load of dirt as it accelerates, effectively burying Evone.
<[Rut]Allison> Huh? Whoa~
* [Rut]Allison stops.
* Evone lets out muffled curses from the now
<Evone> snow
<[Rut]Allison> Oh, no, that won't do. Bad horse. Baaad.
* Evone bursts from the snow
<Evone> "OI!  WOT THA FOOK!"
* [Rut]Allison pats and strokes her horse, using a sweetened tone of voice. She certainly doesn't -sound- like she's scolding it...
* Evone growls and gets back on her horse
<`Ellisa> Cmon Evone, hurry up or we'll leave ya!
<Evone> "Shut up!"
* Evone grumbles and hurries back up on her horse
* [Rut]Allison rides on ahead. She picks up speed...
* [Rut]Allison flies by Ellisa... And now her shirt is gone.
<`Ellisa> ....
<Halifax> [The group rides till the sun is barely above the horizon. The town the enter looks tightly packed but prosperous and there are plenty of people even at this hour. Lights are in windows and even outside the warmth of people and fires drift through the streets out of open doors and windows making the place seem like an oasis. Steam floats upward from all around.]
<Evone> "Finally."
* Evone gets off her horse
* [Rut]Allison dismounts, grinning. She seems to have acquired a makeshift cape.
* `Ellisa tries to steal her cape back but fails as Allison swipes it back easily.
* Halifax swipes the cape from Allison...
<Halifax> Geeze you two just don't know when to stop flirting with each other~
* Halifax dawns the cape for herself and walks on ahead.
<[Rut]Allison> Ehehe... well, I admit that it looks better on you, captain~
* Evone growls and decides the third time is the charm, and is sore about being defeated earlier
<`Ellisa> Remind me to never give you my kindness again...
* Halifax stops and turns... Hmmm?
* [Atai]Emily has also dismounted a while ago and was totally paying attention.
* [Atai]Emily approves of cape-wearing Halifax, and giggles at the sight.
* Evone walks up behind allison and pulls down her pants
* Halifax puts her palm to her forehead...
<[Rut]Allison> Ack--
* Evone crosses her arms and nods
* [Rut]Allison looks down. She's wearing something lacy~
<Evone> "Tha's fer burying me in tha fukin snow."
<[Rut]Allison> ...
* [Rut]Allison grins and halfheartedly tries to cover up (posing in the process).
<[Rut]Allison> Ohhh noooo~ how embarrasing~
<`Ellisa> ..nice ass..
* Evone holds up Allison's pants
<Evone> "Lets see ya git these treasah huntah."
* `Ellisa walks over cooly and slaps that ass.
<`Ellisa> Hmm.. firm.. but... supple~
<Evone> "jeez git a room you two."
<[Rut]Allison> Hn?!
* [Rut]Allison jumps.
<`Ellisa> My my...
<`Ellisa> So jumpy...
<[Rut]Allison> Ahh! Ellisa, how could you... There'd better not be any marks...
* `Ellisa smirks.
* Evone throws the pants over her shoulder and begins to walk away
* [Rut]Allison arches her back, examining herself.
<Evone> "Where's tha 'ot springz?"
* [Atai]Emily does not know what to make of this ridiculousness.
* Halifax take the pants from Evone and returns them to her owner.
<Halifax> [=-=their*]
<Halifax> There should be one at the Inn here.
<Evone> "Aw."
* Evone didn't want to be seperated from her trophy so soon
<Evone> "Well iz anywun gonna hit it wiff me?  Wot aboot you cap'n?"
<Halifax> ...Maybe... We'll see...
<`Ellisa> Sure count me oin.
<Evone> "A'ight letz go!  Comon cap it'll be nice aftah wot you went through."
* [Rut]Allison graciously accepts the pants... though she seems slightly disappointed.
* [Atai]Emily shakes her head and accompanies Priss inside.
<[Rut]Allison> Hm. I should think Evone would be a great deal more tolerable if she bathed. Count me in.
<`Ellisa> good.
* `Ellisa drags Allison by the arm.
<Evone> "Oi ots tha suppos ta mean?"
<[Rut]Allison> Wah! So eager...
<Evone> "ye sure ye not comin cap?"
* Halifax shrugs from the entrance of the inn. She has no idea.
* Evone sighs
<Evone> "Well I'll see ye there then.  Maybe tomarrow."
<Halifax> [Halifax as usual gets the party a few rooms to divide amongst themselves as they feel.  And one for herself and Emily.
<`Ellisa> Shut up Allison I got bone to pick with you.
* `Ellisa looks huffy and pouting.
* Evone heads for the springs
* `Ellisa stops Allison for a moment and grins.
<`Ellisa> Well well.. lookie who's here.. about damn time Ariel.
<[k]Ariel> Is there something going on?
* [k]Ariel wipe her glasses. Damn steam.
<[Rut]Allison> ...?
<[Rut]Allison> Whatever do you mean, dear Ellisa?
* [Rut]Allison looks genuinely innocent. Which is probably impossible.
<[k]Ariel> Greetings.
* [k]Ariel is still clothed and all.
<`Ellisa> Talkin' bout this silly girl with blue hair here..
<[k]Ariel> I....see...?
* [k]Ariel move away from the water surface.
* Evone walks into the spring now
* [k]Ariel look around for captain.
* [Rut]Allison stands by the side...
<Evone> "Well wot yall standin aroun fer?"
<`Ellisa> I mean you my dear Allison.
<[k]Ariel> I refuse to get into that hot water.
* `Ellisa grips your wrist with both of her hands and is about to toss you into the hot bath.
* [k]Ariel move away even more.
<[Rut]Allison> Gyaah!
* [Rut]Allison stumbles, waving her arms about in a frantic attempt to regain balance. She goes in foot first... pulling Ellisa with her, who takes the plunge -flat-.
<`Ellisa> Blrgh!
<[k]Ariel> You people are having fun, I see.
<Halifax> [=-=Insert narration into the hot spring somewhere at the point where Evone goes in for everyone else.]
* [k]Ariel still look around for her captain.
<Evone> "Well I 'ope tha cap'n joins us."
* Evone goes to the edge of the water and undresses and gets in
* `Ellisa eventually gets out and away from Allison and tries to relax.
<Halifax> [Ariel finds the captiain her/Emily's room...]
<[Rut]Allison> Oh... heh.
<[Rut]Allison> You're looking rather red, there~
* Evone puts an arm around Ellisa and Allison's shoulders and pulls them to her side
<Evone> "Ah!  Isnt this great?"
<`Ellisa> ...shut up Allison..
* `Ellisa looks away.
<[k]Ariel> Captain. Can I come in?
<[k]Ariel> Asks.
* [Rut]Allison points out Ellisa's front-side, having just been utilized to complete a sizable belly flop.
* [k]Ariel Asks.
<Evone> "Ah com on, stop givin each othah such a 'ard time."
* `Ellisa relaxes as she spreads out her body, her arms on the sides.
<`Ellisa> Got ya.
<Evone> "Ye owe me coin."
<`Ellisa> Ah right... gotta wait till' we get back inside though.
<Evone> "Sure sure."
* Evone smiles and soaks
<[Rut]Allison> Ahhh... when was the last time I went to a hot spring?
<Evone> "Im sure ye tell us all about it."
* Evone closes her eyes and starts to snore
<[Rut]Allison> Hmm... no. No, not this time. This is nice...
* [Rut]Allison relaxes.
* [k]Ariel gets in.
<[k]Ariel> ...am I interrupting something?
* [k]Ariel eys Emily.
<[k]Ariel> *eyes
* [Atai]Emily looks back at Ariel.
<[Atai]Emily> Um... I, well. It's Priss' room, so...
* [Atai]Emily looks at Priss.
* Halifax had barely started relaxing in the room and thus wasn't up to anything yet...
<Halifax> You aren't interrupting anything... What is it?
<[k]Ariel> Just... want to spend some time with my own Captain, is all.
* [k]Ariel looks other way, hiding her reddened face.
* Halifax smiles. It's a sweet thought.
* [Atai]Emily looks a little perplexed at that reaction.
<Halifax> Well, I don't have anything planned to do. I was probably just going to head straight to bed...
* Halifax takes out a bottle of wine. It looks familiar to Ariel who saw Halifax get it from the doctor.
* [k]Ariel eyeing Emily all the time.
<[k]Ariel> if you say so.
* [Atai]Emily gets out the glasses.
* Halifax takes a couple swigs before setting it aside.
* [k]Ariel just stand there like a loyal crewmen. After that 'incident' she feels closer to halifax, but not yet to the point that can get over her current boss-crew relationship.
* Halifax notices... Emily taking out glasses.
<Halifax> Umm... this stuff is.
* Halifax searches for the right words.
<Halifax> Ridiculously strong.
<[k]Ariel> For medical purpose.
* [k]Ariel nods.
<Halifax> But if you want a drink...
* Halifax pulls a different bottle out, though it looks the same out of her coat.
<[Atai]Emily> Oh...
<[Atai]Emily> I... I'm sorry.
* [Atai]Emily laughs, and puts them back away.
<[k]Ariel> You should not apologize, miss Emily.
<[k]Ariel> You don't know.
<[Atai]Emily> I've heard of alcohol for medical purposes, but medicinal wine is a new one.
<[k]Ariel> magic of modern medical science.
* [k]Ariel laughs.
* [Atai]Emily looks a little skeptical.
<[k]Ariel> Anyway, I can leave you both here. I assume that privacy is to be maintained.
<[k]Ariel> But if you like, I could stay here as well.
* [k]Ariel looks at Halifax for a confirmation.
<Halifax> ...
* Halifax looks at Emily
* [k]Ariel also looks at Emily, but for a different reason.
<[Atai]Emily> ...Why am I suddenly so popular?
<Halifax> Well, I don't mind. But it's your room too, so what your decision?
<Halifax> [=-=what's*]
<[Atai]Emily> Well, I'd been hoping to talk to Priss... I haven't seen her for a while, you know.
<Halifax> ...
<Halifax> Well you heard her...
* Halifax stands up and walks Ariel to the door. She has an apologetic look one her face.
* Halifax whispers "I'll be in the hot spring late tonight if you need to talk..."
Halifax> [And with that Ariel leaves, though she does shoot one last glance at Emily before closing the door behind her.]
* Halifax sighs...
* Halifax collapses a little as the kick to the alcohol hits her... She drags herself to the bed and lies down.
